Amazing service!! Scott was prompt and very professional. Our AC was on for a while without working so we had to wait a few hours before turning it on because it got overheated. He didn't accept full payment until we were sure it was working after he left. He also called to check on us a few hours later. House is cooling back up and prices are reasonable !!!

Scott was my service person, he was professional and knowledgeable. I had someone tell me that I just needed to reset AC. NOPE. Had someone tell me, I needed R22 freon because I have an "old" unit (which is hard to come by). Scott discovered that my capacitor had burn out and needed to be replaced. Cost $260 to replace/install it. This was a bit high since they are cheap but I DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT SO..... then I asked about my freon, he confirmed that I do use 410 NOT R22 as I was told however I didn't need ANY. I was satisfied with the service AND diagnosis so, yes, I'd recommend him AND (though I hope I don't have to) I would use his services again.

I like being cool in the summer, and warm in the winter, and ultimately had to replace both A/C units ahead of this year’s Georgia spring-summer season. Fortunately for me, Mayott Heating and Air Conditioning was one of several businesses I solicited for a proposal. I must say Mayott Heating and Air Conditioning proved themselves to be head-and-shoulders above the rest, and has set the bar extremely high in this space. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and promptness in completing the job. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone.

Contacted Mr. Mayott late last week and he came out today to inspect my system. Very fast response time which was great! He is extremely courteous and professional. He inspected the whole system and addressed some minor issues. He worked fast while ensuring nothing was left unchecked. The quality of his service is top notch. I highly recommend him for all you heating and air service needs. I'll definitely be using his services again come winter inspection time.

We contacted Mayott Heating and Air Conditioning to look at our system after being told by another company that we had to replace the entire unit. Scott responded quickly, diagnosed the actual problem and repaired within 20 minutes. As a result, we were able to save thousands of dollars. Excellent job and I highly recommend!

Scott was great and professional. He quickly identified the issue with my water heater, a problem that took other servicemen days to try to but we’re still unsuccessful. He identified and fix the issue with 2 hours(only took that long because we had to wait for the water heater to drain). Scott is a must have contact for my property management business!
