Our ac wasn’t working in our new house so we called Mr. Scott and he came out within 20 minutes. He was very helpful and explained everything along the way. Now we have ac and a new favorite hvac company! 10/10 would recommend, great guy. :)

Lamonte Smith was my technician and he provided exceptional service. He came to my house twice in one day to ensure that my HVAC system was working properly and clean excess water. He did a great job in explaining what was wrong with my HVAC system. He also did a great job in teaching me how the HVAC system works while showing me each part of the HVAC system. Lamonte Smith fixed the issues I had with my HVAC system in a timely and professional manner.

He was prompt with coming out same day but unfortunately didn’t resolve the issue.

He told me what the issue was but didn’t remedy the root cause which means my air still didn’t work.

I had to call another company who came out the next day, told me the exact same issue, BUT told me what caused this issue and resolved it. I now have working air after having to contact another company.

Mayott HVAC replaced my furnace at my home after it failed in February. Scott was great to work with. Due to the time of year, he ensured he jumped right on my problem. He was honest, transparent with what was required, and a overall great communicator. I could guarantee he would be at the house when he said and he kept me updated on progress and any issues on a continual basis. You can tell he enjoys his work and takes pride in the end product.
