Punctual with Great Service! Information was well articulated and they helped diagnose the issue with our heat pump. Will definitely continue doing business with Mayott and keep in touch as well.

I called Scott, explained my issue (one room not cooling) and the first thing Scott did was nicely offer up possible solutions I could try that would avoid having to pay for his services. I was immediately impressed as most technicians try to nickel and dime for every little thing. After I tried to fix it myself (and failed), I ended up calling Scott out and he knocked the issue (ductwork needing adjustment) within an hour for a VERY reasonable price. Call Mayott.

This is the second time I have had Mr. Mayott come and do some work on my house. I’m very pleased on how informative he is on the topics at hand. He dealt with my wife most of time while I was at work or working around the house. She didn’t have anything negative to say about his approach. He is very respectable. Scott proved the saying that “third try’s a charm.” We had two other service providers attempt to repair our HVAC unit without success. After suffering two nights in 88 degree temperatures in our home, and more than 10 calls to service providers, we luckily found Mayott Heating and Air. Our initial call to Scott was after hours, but we received a return call first thing the next morning. He was at our home and working 15 minutes later! After getting everything up and running we discovered that the air was still not cooling. Scott returned and found that the previous provider had installed the wrong refrigerant. He fixed the problem, and that night we slept like hibernating bears for the first time in almost a week. Mayott is officially our go-to HVAC service provider!

Scott is untrustworthy, reckless and Irresponsible. Don't buy in his workmanship warranty. He is likely not picking up your calls after he got your money. You can call him with different number and he'll pick up but with empty promise that he or his contractor will come. He installed a brand-new system in my house where the outside fan running as soon as system is power on. A few weeks after the installation, the water leaked from the system and ruined my attic and ceiling. Stay away from Scott and Mayott Heating and Air Conditioning if you want a peace of mind.

First of all I would like to say that the gentleman who serviced my AC was not only prompt and on time but very courteous. I received a very fair and decent quote and a time frame but he not only did a great job but finished hours earlier then the original time only because of my elderly mother that he and his company took into consideration .......I really appreciate Everything they did for me and my family and for any HAVAC needs in the Future I will only use Mayott Heating and Air Condition. A customer for life!!!!!!

Scott with Mayott Heating & Air came out for a service call to my residence. After a very quick diagnosis it was determined that after 16 years our unit was no longer good. Skeptical as we had just had one of our other units serviced by another company weeks ago and was told the other units were fine which was necessarily the case. So after further talks with Scott we proceeded to replace the unit on the main level. Since replacement of our main level unit the house has been cooler since and and we do plan on replacing the additional 2 units in the future with Mayott Heating and Air. Thanks for cooling us down and putting us at ease with your expertise and great service.

I called Scott in the morning and he called me back and set up an appointment same day. My AC is running better and I'll call him in the future.
