Yesterday, I called the company and requested to have a winter check-up and Curtis came out personally the same day and checked all the vents and heater and found all in perfect working order. The way that Curtis handles his business is the way, it was in the ""old days"". A friendly owner making sure you get friendly professional help! If I could give more stars, I would!

They installed our second-floor evaporator coil and AC Condenser as well as improved our cold air return, duct work, register improvements, and installed two thermostats. Professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. he worked hard to get the job done as quickly as possible. 5 stars all the way. "Atlanta Heating and Air Conditioning Company" is great.

Raymond did an awesome job tuning up our air conditioner. He was on time, very professional, and thorough. He explained exactly what he found with the unit and what he did to fix it. I really appreciated the extra time he took to walk us through everything. And we got a detailed receipt as well. I would highly recommend.

Henry just serviced my Heating and cooling. They were very respectful and super considerate of all my questions and needs. I felt as if I they really had my best interests at heart. The gentleman that came to check the furnace notified of an issue. He not only explained the issue but showed me exactly what he was talking about. Raymond and Henry came in to install a new HVAC system with the existing ductwork.. Fair to say that he answered most of my questions and gave me an assessment of which unit I should get that could cover the square footage. After having it for a year, it works well, but it was obvious that the design of the house and the limitations of installing exhaust doesn't maximize what I get overall. No fault of the company but just the overall design of the house. The service and work was excellent and he's been available should I need anything..

Installed was great, Atlanta Heating and Air Conditioning Company's rep did an excellent job of explaining the options, and their military discount was an added bonus! Job was done well and in a timely fashion. My dad was around when they were working, and even he said i'd work with them in the future.

Phil was very excellent . He is extremely knowledgeable and most importantly he explained everything I asked with patience.
