AWESOME! Our top floor AC unit was not cooling properly and my mother-in-law was coming to stay with us for the weekend. I needed someone to come out right away. A friend suggested I call James. He rearranged his schedule so that he could make it out the next day. He quickly fixed the problem and he thoroughly inspected and cleaned all 3 of our units. Great work! Great service! Great price! I could not be more pleased.

Called Jason and asked him to come over to my house to check my A.C. unit it was running warm. He arrived in less than an " 1 Hour " AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Added some freon and did not even charge me for the service call or the freon! Will be replacing my complete system next March and will be purchasing it from Climatesmith.

We have used Climatesmith for the past year and a half since we moved in to our new home. The previous owner recommended that we use them and we are extremely happy that we did. This is a family owned business and you get the high level of service that you would expect from a small business who actually cares about their customers. I would highly recommend Climatesmith.

James and the folks at ClimateSmith are the very BEST! They maintain several properties for me both residential and commercial. Their customer service is top-notch. I started using ClimateSmith for any HVAC needs a few years ago. I have never been disappointed by these folks. They are knowledgeable and do things the right way without [over]charging you needlessly. Do yourself a favor and sign up for their maintenance contract so you have an existing relationship when problems arise.

James was the absolute best service technichan I have ever met.

I have dealt with others that make up stories of broken this or broken that, and choose to replace the entire piece rather than repair. Climate Smith is a truly honest and knowledgeable company. I recommond them to everyone, and would not use anyone else!

Gave me a 12-4 window and showed up at 12:30, which is EXCELLENT in my opinion, considering most companies that do that will show up at 3:55. Sam was an honest, educated gentleman and he fixed my unit in no time at a very fair and affordable price. I highly recommend this company, and if you get a chance to work with Sam in particular, consider yourself lucky.
