This has been my best experience with HVAC company. My AC was making a loud grinding noise when operating. The tech was very polite and professional. He inspected my HVAC unit and furnace and provided feedback on my issue. He even took the extra time to help me understand how the unit works and the steps I can take to maintain it. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful. I will definitely call ClimateSmith again and refer them to others.

Excellent customer service! This company is tops in price and service! My service rep (Chris) made a special trip to get a part that he didn't have (unusual part) and installed it the same day. Follow up is always immediate when a call is made. Great company to hire for A/C work!

The ClimateSmith Tech's we can strongly recommend. Taking ownership of a large home with several additions constructed by its former owners can be an eye opener! The guy's at ClimateSmith assisted in developing a strategy to deal with the many rework's required. With their expertise and assist a collision course was averted in dealing with the many HVAC system screw-ups in 11,000sq ft. home; 2ea 5 ton's here, a single 3 ton there and 2 additional 2.5 ton systems - its a nightmare of sloppy HVAC execution. .. The ClimateSmith crew are great to work with. Easy to schedule, always on time for their appointments and very professional. I recommend ClimateSmith to anyone in the Atlanta area looking for HVAC service.

They charged me $354 ($299 part Robertshaw 41-402 Carbide Ignitor and $55 Service Fee) to replace a part that costs less than $18 everywhere. And, the guy took less than ten minutes to put the part on :) I called the office and they sang the same song. Looks like they believe in highway robbery and not worry about having long term customers. I feel like they cheated me as if there is no tomorrow. I can understand 2X$20 plus service charge of $55, total of $95, but not $354.

Avoid them at any cost please

I wouldn't go anywhere else for your HVAC needs. James and his team show up quick and keep my air conditioner and heater running year-round. You will not find a more professional and honest outfit anywhere.

They know what they are doing. Being an engineer I wanted to know exactly how the system functioned Jason was kind enough to walk me through the entire system. They install the latest technology and know all if the pitfalls that exist with equipment. Knowledge and experience are a must in any industry these guys have that. The crew did a great job and cleaned up after themselves they even cleaned a cat puke stain off the carpet while clearing up.... free bonus !!!!!
