I dont normally do this, but for these guys...its a must. Let me just tell you about their customer service and how far above and beyond it is above others. So me and my girlfriend purchased a home that the owners before us had a brand new AC installed before we bought the home. About 6 months into living here on a Saturday night our AC went out, we woke up Sunday morning to a steamy 81 degree home. Dreading the hottest part of a florida summer 98 degree day still to come (we have 5 kids between the two of us mind you). Luckily the previous owners had left the paper work to the A/C system attached with a phone number. We figured, no chance they will make it out today but maybe they can get us in first thing in the morning if we can get someone to pick up the phone. Well, the number that was attached happened to be the owners personal cell phone (whoops)...we explained our situation and HE HIMSELF was out within an hour. It was a tough trouble shoot so he called in a technician with a full service truck and had our A/C back up and running within a few hours. I was fully prepared to pay them for atleast a service call and some of their time but to my suprise it was all still under warranty and he shook my hand and told me to have a good day. This company owed me nothing, this gentleman owed me nothing. Yet he still sacraficed his Sunday to make sure mine wasnt miserable. This world needs more people like this in it, and businesses should model after this gentleman. I will never do business with any other A/C company as long as I am in his service area.

I highly recommend this company. Even though they were extremely busy, they found time to work us in. The technician was extremely knowledgable on what needed to be completed and educated me on future maintenance for our air conditioning system. They were prompt, efficient and thorough. I'm looking forward to doing business with them again.

Top Notch saved me a bunch of money and the service was also top notch. The employees were not only professional but very informative as well. They are definitely my go to guys for all cooling and heating needs.

We had their unit installed in 2018 with a one year warranty... the one year expired, however, because we are snow birds we used the unit less than a year. This company honored the one year warranty. Very nice. I believe the issue was due to a power surge not due to a faulty unit.

Bad experience. Not recommended. The tech that came out started by installing a part he way overcharged me for even though my A/C was under warranty. On top of that, the new part did nothing to solve my problem. After finding the real problems, they came back out a week later and charged me $250 to install a part that was under warranty that took about 45 minutes to do. At this time they promised to come back out and finish fixing the unit the next week, but never showed up. I recommend calling someone different because they left me with a $600 repair bill and heat pump that's still not fixed.

This company truly blew me away today!!!! They went over and beyond for me. My a/c has been having lots of issues and I went through another company that was awful. I called top notch and they didn't hesitate to come out and got my a/c up and running in no time at all. They have great customer service and they are honest. Def highly recommend them to anyone.

Loved working with this company, they did a really good job with our yearly maintenance and helped fix some of the issues that our old A/C company messed up. I really liked that they updated us frequently on when they would be arriving as our schedules are busy. We have had so many problems with A/C companies and I am thrilled to have found Top Notch and I would highly recommend them.

Complete removal and relocate of HVAC system. Job done within 24 hrs. Knowledgeable sales rep was excellent to deal with and followed the job from start to finish plus a week later to be sure I was satisfied. My brother in law who builds homes out of state was very impressed with the high quality of detail workmanship and efficiency of the workers.
