Top Notch Air Conditioning & Heating

Very Trash & Unprofessional company, there website says they work from Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm & Saturday from 9am-5pm but I called plenty of times on a Friday during 3pm and the first call a lady answered and once I started explaining my situation she hang up then after that I called 3 more times and they didn’t answer they sent me to voicemail saying that they were closed but it was 3pm and there website says they close at 6pm very unprofessional, they should update there business hours if they don’t actually close at 6pm.

We have dealt with them on several occasions and they are always great. Excellent service from start to finish.

Our older ac unit quit running on a Friday evening. Wanting to keep our business local, we called Top Notch and were very pleased we did. Thru the entire process of choosing a new unit to the actual installation (which happened first thing Monday morning) we were very impressed with their professional and friendly service. Top Notch's prices were very reasonable with no pressure sales or any surprise add-ons once it was installed. We highly recommend, if you are in need of ANY a.c. service, you give Top Notch a call. .

I was very disappointed with this company They diagnosed the issue and told me it would cost $500 to replace a part. And then went on to tell me afterwards, that was not the issue. they would have to come back. They rescheduled 4 different times and never came back or called each time, I had to call them until finally I decided I definitely would not want a company like this back into my home!

Well I used them as a second opinion because the first company didn't pass the smell test. If you don't call these guys first you deserve the headache before you do end up calling them. I will use them again. Thanks to Top Notch !

Nate was my technician, and he was in and out in 15 minutes. He was professional and very easy to talk to. He replaced a part in that time, and the pricing seemed reasonable. A great experience all around. P.S. Give Nate a raise.

When your A/C goes out when the temperature outside is 95 degrees or more, you get desperate. I called Top Notch and they were here in a very short period of time and completely replaced my 20 year old system with a high efficiency system at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the company and the guys that came to do the replacement.
I would not hesitate to refer this company to anyone.
I'm cool again thanks to Top Notch A/C & Htg.
