Edit: Owner got involved to make it right. Took a while, but eventually got the problem sorted.

AC was not working, guy came out next day to take a look. Let some coolant out, said that fixed it. House was still hot, guy came back out, did some more stuff, said that fixed it. House was still hot, guy came back out, said everything was fine. Seems my house being 85 degrees at 4am is not an air conditioning problem.

Our 4 year old AC unit unexpectedly stopped working on Saturday and by Sunday it was 88 degrees in our home. Sunday evening I called the company that had installed our unit and was told that a service tech would return my call and set up a time to come out and find out what the problem was. By 9:00 am Monday morning I still had not received a return call. I have recently adopted three children, the youngest being 11 months old with breathing issues, and knew I needed something done quickly. I started searching the internet for a company with good reviews and reasonable prices and Top Notch stood out the most. I called their number and was answered by a very friendly woman. I explained my situation and she said they would have a tech out at 2:30. She asked me for a good call back number in case they could get someone here earlier. Within 30 minutes I received a call telling me that a tech was on his way to my home! Charles arrived twenty minutes later and immediately started work on the unit. Within thirty minutes he had replaced wires that had burnt up, he showed me pictures of the damaged wires, and he had us back on our way to a cool home in no time. Charles was very professional, explaining to me what the problem was and what he had to do to repair the unit. He was a very nice young man and I could not be any more pleased with the service I received from this company!! From the time of the call to them to the time Charles pulled out of my yard was less than three hours!! They are awesome and affordable!! I will be calling them for future needs, including maintenance! Thank you Top Notch from the bottom of my heart! It’s already cooler in our home!! P.S. I still have not received a call back from the “other” company! 🤬
