We’ve used this company since they first started & will never use another. They always come out pretty quickly after they’re called & resolve whatever issue we’re having. Living in Florida, you know your A/C is running constantly so you may as well stick with the best.

I have a relatively new A/C unit, so when I'd gotten off work and realized that it wasn't working and my house was 90 degrees, I freaked out. Tim, from Top Notch air helped me figure out it was just a clogged pipe, so the AC stopped running so my house wouldn't flood. Needless to say I only call them now (Tim was wonderful and not too bad on the eyes either) so if you're ever in need of any AC work call them!!

This company is TOP NOTCH. My ac compressor went out in the middle of the night. I called the office in the morning and my ac was working by that afternoon. I was very satisfied with the performance of their work and the care they put into the repair without damaging my home. AWESOME JOB GUYS! I WILL BE BACK AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!

These guys are great. They always answer the phone. They always come quickly and on time. They don't overcharge. They are friendly and informative. I've had them out twice and they helped on a third occasion as well with just some general info over the phone. I will never call anyone else.

Topnotch is wonderful! They are very responsive and the technician Charles, did a great job explaining everything so I could understand the problems I was having and the solution. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Top Notch today needing an inspection on my HVAC unit for purchasing a new home. They were available immediately and Leroy came to look at my unit. We went step by step through the air handler, condenser and duck work looking at everything. As a first time home buyer I didn’t even know the questions to ask. That didn’t stop him from explaining what every piece was in the air handler, how the duck work and returns work in the home, etc. I never knew I had so many questions. He gave me several tips about what to do to mitigate potential issues, and how to resolve the smaller things myself, to avoid spending money to have an A/C company come out and do the same thing.

I am amazed at the speed of service, the detailed un-rushed encounter, and the manner of customer service extended to me. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and made several recommendations, like joining their once a year inspection program to save on costly repairs.

In summation, I would use this company again. Thank you Leroy, and Derek; for being the A/C people I needed, when I needed it, while still making sure I was completely aware of everything you were doing.
