Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

Service experts has been taking care of us for 10 years after installing a new AC. Raul has been coming to maintain service today he arrived with James. As usual service was well done by both and I was advised of any issues they found and were able to care of.

I hired service experts to come to my home and take a look at my HVAC system. They informed me that the coil is leaking and would need to be replaced. They also told me that they would recommend replacing the entire system via their financing option. The system is 5.5 years old. I couldn't believe that my system wasn't under warranty. I called another HVAC firm who confirmed it is under warranty and I wouldn't be responsible for the parts. It appears they are commission based and are not in alignment with the homeowner. They are super salesy and I don't trust them.

Technicians are on time and very professional. Today, our representative, honored our request to wear a mask as we are high-risk. He was very helpful and considerate. He took the messy jobs outside of our condo so we would not have to clean up. I highly recommend this company. Thank you.

Merrill Sizemore was wonderful! He was professional, thorough, explained everything and best of all- got our AC pumping again on an 85 degree day! You can tell he was very knowledgeable in his craft. Thanks for the help!

General Manager of this location is always "on vacation" I clearly outlined how poor the service and feedback was. I have been a client for 10 years and not a petty person, but just learned DON'T TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY! They don't honor their 100% service guarantee, even after they said I needed a WHOLE new system for a simple breaker replacement. I'm talking $10,000 down to $2,500 when they heard I was still under warranty...which went down to $250 and everything's fine. Everything they say is a WHOLE new system is needed. Tried to sell me a $1200 Thermostat replacement...because they "think" it won't work again...it did work...no testing.

It was a great morning, I woke up to a call from Howard R. Saying he’ll be at my place in 30 mins! He made it in 20, then about 5 mins later Matt W. shows up and these guys got right to work but not before putting on their shoe guards! Thanks, I have a bit of OCD!!! They both had great personalities and very professional! As Howard R. serviced the outside unit Matt pointed out how old my water heater was (which it is) so I asked him about the Service Experts units and he explained in details what I needed to know! So guess what, I’m getting my new water installed today! As we filled out the paper work and the rest of the service was over! I’m so happy with Service Experts and I choose them!! Howard R. and Matt W. Keep up the good work!!! Hope my next service is with these guys they are great!!!

Brent came and cleaned the outside and serviced the pipes inside. The best tech we have had for a long long time. Made sure he explained what he had done why the thermostat stopped working. I would recommend Brent highly for your service calls excellent service.
