Both of them are knowledgeable of the service contracts Service Experts offers i.e. The Advantage plan. I upgraded my service to the Advantage plan per their recommendation.

427880 James and Raul came on time we’re very informative and efficient. I have used a lot of companies and they were by far the best. They even used shoe covers before entering my home. Great job guys

First off, I was charged a fee to perform a warranty repair of $99.00 for them to show up. I did so because the unit was purchased from them (Larry's a/c was bought by Service Experts. Larry's did the original installation), and I felt they would be the best people to perform the warranty repair. The story starts on Saturday, 03/25/2023 I called in for service, and they dispatched a tech within a couple of hours. (Yay)
It was diagnosed as a faulty inverter board, and had to be ordered. A week later, I called in to customer service to find it had not been ordered. Part was ordered finally on 04/03/2023 (at least according to customer service), and was installed on 04/06/2023. Did not fix the problem, now they state it needs an electronic expansion valve. (Diagnosed when they changed the inverter board on 04/06/2023.) As of today (04/12/2023) the expansion valve has not been ordered and nobody seems to be able to provide any answers. It is in stock at the Houston PDC (I know because I called to check) I am running up on 3 weeks without a/c because they appear to lack the ability to communicate both internally and externally. Nobody seems to know what is going on, and the only people I have talked to are because I have called them. I can not recommend these people to anyone at this point. I take no solace in leaving a bad review, but I have been unable to get my warranty service completed successfully.

426035 Jeff P serviced my AC today. He was right on time and efficient, and answered all of my questions. My system needed some preventive repairs and he took care of those quickly as well. I have been using Service Experts for several years and have had nothing but a great experience.

James Raul O'brien - CAME promptly - on time to my hime this mornin @ 8:00 AM TO DO MY SCHEDULED Semi annual maintance on 3 mini-Splits. In 20yrs a a Sev. Expetd customer- James was by fat the Best serv. rep - you have ever deployed to my home. He was awesome , very professional and thorough. He was the very Best. He deserves a nice raise. -YES🙏😎👌-Bob

of our system. They were extremely courteous and professional.

James came and because of his knowledge and excellent service we re-up the annual contract. I was about ready to give it up because not everybody does such a professional job as James.
