Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

This company sold me a new AC 3 years ago . I was explicit about make and model and the service plan . Once they had removed my old AC , and it was about 95 degrees in the house , they wheeled in a different model . They said ," oh yeah , we didn't have the model you wanted , but this one is almost the same." It wasn't , didn't have a variable fan etc and was a cheaper model . Since then , they have also been out 3x about the thermostat , charging me $99 the last time , and it was clearly bad hardware (thermostat). They simply changed the thermostat since it was under warranty , but still charged me the fee . I feel cheated and I would not recommend this company . In my opinion , they are profiting from cutting big corners and charging the customers for them .

Today our technician, Oscar Hernandez, changed filter and throughly explained to us about how it was not the proper one in design. He explained and cared about our concerns. I would like Service Experts to send Oscar to our house for all our service calls.

Brian with Service Experts was absolutely AMAZING and EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND AWESOME!!! He worked extra hours to find the issue and fix with a perfect solution!!! He was very courteous and explained thoroughly everything he accomplished. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND asking for Brian for any service needs!!! He is a tremendous asset to Service Experts!!!

My system froze up and I called my trusty service providers of MANY MANY years and I was once again impressed with the level of courtesy, professionalism, knowledge and expertise! James and Raul came to check up on my AC that had stopped working overnight. They were able to arrive earlier than expected which was a relief in the Fl heat. Got my AC working in no time and gave me a few useful tips to help prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. So happy with their service.
