Neamul Ali was prompt. He diagnosed the problem and presented options. He installed the water heater respecting several surrounding objects. His installation was professional. He mentioned the 6 year warranty.

Louis and Kenny installed our A/C unit very quickly and efficiently. They were on time very polite!

Excellent experience with Luis. He came over did maintenance on the AC checked the plumbing. Answered all my questions.

My water heater was leaking in the early morning hours. Hi-tech responded to me by 7am and arrived at my house by 10. Everything was fixed, including getting the electrical outlet up to code and replacing my water heater by 3pm. Everyone was very nice and professional. I feel what they billed me was fair, I was expecting to pay much more! I’m very grateful for this positive experience! Highly recommend!

Nemo came out and assessed the problem very quickly and thoroughly and we paid what we were told we would pay. Greatly appreciate this company and their staff. Would highly recommend and use them again.

We had HVAC maintenance done. Also had some repairs that our Tech Kenneth told me exactly what needed to be done and the cost. Everything went great. Kenneth was very professional, knew his work. He described everything to me and gave me the cost of the repairs, spoke well and over all I was very please with how everything went.

Our compressor froze. Thankfully we have a maintenance plan with Hi-Tech. The tech visited on a Sunday night and got our AC running again. He’s been to take care of our AC system over the years and has been spot on each time. We are thankful to Jonny and Hi-Tech for their professional and responsive talent and actions, especially in a Sunday evening.
