Prompt service, fair pricing, polite and professional. Arrived on time, fixed my problem, taught me as he went along, courteous. Absolutely no complaints. My repairman was Jaidy. Very happy with them and will use again, if need be.

I'm picky when it comes to home services. I liked that Airheads had great reviews and a silly mascot. Holy Hell - they have been great to deal with. Chris was excellent when he came out to my house, explained everything and i gave him the sniff test for trustworthiness. A genuine dude. The woman who answers and routes the call's is very polite and nice. This means everything to me and I will recommend all day long. great job guys!

After getting quotes from 4 different AC installation companies, we decided AirHeads AC was our best option! They were affordable and had the fantastic deal of 10 year maintenance, service, and parts which was a great deal in itself. They have a lot of brand options to choose from, we went with the Goodman brand, great machine! We definitely recommend this company! 5 stars!

I requested them to come out and inspect the ac. Our electric bill has shot up dramatically and we wanted to rule out any potential issues with the ac. Process of elimination.

A couple of men came out to inspect both the outside unit and take a look up in the attic. They were polite and courteous, which I appreciated, but at the conclusion of the inspection they said there was absolutely nothing wrong and the unit was great, we have just had higher temps than usual and duke has raised rates. $100 for the inspection. That was end of June.

Fast forward to now, my husband is working on beefing up our insulation in the attic to help with said electric bills and in the process of educating himself on this, decides to see if we have leaks from the unit for ductwork, junction boxes, etc. Air is leaking from numerous parts of the main box and several of the junction boxes.

Has Duke raised rates? Yes. Have temps been higher than last year? A little. But is our system working just great? No. I believe our actual outside unit is working well, but what did the inspector actually inspect in the attic? Perhaps all of these leaks just happened to spring up within the last 60 days, but I highly doubt it.

Maybe there was a miscommunication on what I wanted inspected, but I assumed if they were up in the attic they would have checked for leaks coming out of the primary box. I didn't expect them to go crawling all over the place, but at least check the main one right at the entrance. I feel a bit cheated out of my $100 to be honest. Had we known about the leaks we would have addressed them 2 months ago. Not the end of the world, but still frustrating. I will not use them again and I would not recommend them for general inspections.

I called last Friday and explained I needed a same day service for my mothers AC that stopped working. Jennifer was able to accommodate her with a same appointment and George was sent out. The AC drain line was clogged and needed to be cleaned out. George was great at explaining the issue and getting the issue fixed. It even began raining when he was outside and he made sure everything was fixed before leaving despite the weather. Other places charge for an emergency fee but this company does the right thing charging for a maintenance. I would use them in the future and will request George.

I use this company less than a month ago to service our AC unit. Our drain line is clogged making the unit not operate. I called to see if they could come out and clear the line since that’s what they were supposed to do and the owner answered and was very confrontational and sarcastic from the beginning of the call. I just wanted them to come out and clear the line and told her they did not do that when they were here. Literally told me she would be happy to charge me for coming out and performing any more service on the unit even though they were here a month ago. OR she can tell me how to do it myself.

I paid for a service and wanted it completed by a professional. That did not happen and she assumed I was lying and wanted to charge double for their mistake. For the owner of a business to speak to anyone that way is poor form.

These guys were awesome from start to finish. The office staff is great and the technician they sent out were prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. We came home to a hot house expecting to not be able to get it fixed until the next day. They came out within an hour and had the house cool again. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

The most reliable, professional A/C company I have ever encountered. Each time we have an A/C issue they answer the phone and come out as soon as they can no matter the time. I really appreciate the people who work there. I would absolutely recommend them!

This guy had my AC working in about 7 minutes. I was glad to pay him $300. Most people take half the day to get their tool bag out of the truck. I'm busy and I don't have time to wait.
