Airheads HVAC

I'd like to share my experience. I got home after a long day working in the heat to find that my AC was out of order. I reached out on the local trinity / NPR chats for recommendations and kept seeing Airheads HVAC so I called. Considering the time, 7 o'clock pm, I didn't expect them to answer. Not only did they answer but they said they would be able to make it to our house by 9:30/10:30. That said, he showed up early @9 and had it fixed by 9:30. We are very thankful considering we have 2 kiddos and a dog. With the heat that we've all been experiencing lately, I'm sure you all understand the need for AC!

We had multiple companies come to our house to look at our AC system. The lines kept freezing and we had to replace our filter every three days. Each company quoted over $12K to have the air handler and condenser replaced. Airheads HVAC was one of the only companies to tell us that it was a leak in the coil, and it could be simply replaced. Their rate was phenomenal and charged the system to ensure we would stay cold until the new coil was delivered. They immediately installed the part once received. We didn’t even notice the timeframe. Airheads HVAC is one outstanding company. Their staff is professional, courteous, and keeps their customers well informed. Great company!

Happy 4th of July! Going to be a hot day, thankfully because of Airheads I will be able to beat the heat and stay cool inside. The professional responsive service, even on the holiday weekend, was very appreciated.

After rewiring a thermostat, my AC wouldn't turn back on. After unsuccessfully reviewing many things, I called Airheads on a Saturday afternoon. After a simple fuse was replaced, I was back up and running. Thanks Chris!!!

Was shafted by another company and went 5 days without AC downstairs, was out money for a service fee and the cost of two thermostats- was waiting for that company to come back BUT got fed up waiting and called airheads, just an hour and a half later Bobby came out and told us they misdiagnosed the issue, he took over the repair and an hour later had us up and running. Wanted to make sure he took the time to explain- and the rate was so reasonable. 10000% recommend.

I’m very pleased with the quality of technical and professional service that I received. The technician Bob was very knowledgeable and the repair on our AC was completed immediately. I would highly recommend them for any service that you might have or a new install.

Called Airheads last Tuesday to look into our AC unit leaking into our attic and they were confident it had nothing to do with the AC - Jaidy was actually adamant that it was tied to a faulty bathroom exhaust fan.

After a week of trying to get someone to fix the bathroom exhaust, our ceiling collapsed exposing the air handler & ductwork which was CLEARLY leaking.

We went with another company to fix this who immediately could tell what was wrong as working with Airheads caused us way more damage than anticipated.

Called Airheads because my outside unit was making a horrible noise. I thought it was my fan motor going out. George the service tech moved the unit a bit and the noice quit ! Problem solved, he said if it returned just move it a bit till it stops. Even though they came out on a Saturday they said no charge ! They are my new HVAC company! I really appreciate their honesty. I was taken advantage with my old company. Glad to see there are still some honest people out there !

The Airheads team is responsive to calls, takes time to explain what is wrong & how they plan to fix it. We have used them 3 times and couldn't be happier with their service!

I will definitely be using this company moving forward. They came highly recommended to me from my garage door repair company. Chris went above and beyond and talked me through every step of the way to find my issue with my AC. They saved me from spending thousands I did not need to. From the initial phone call with Stephanie, who returned my call almost immediately after leaving a voicemaill, to scheduling and even showed up early, I will recommend them to everyone.
