I had two technicians at our home at two different times, both named Chris. Both went above and beyond for us at the start of a holiday weekend to ensure we wouldn’t have to go through the weekend without hot water. Both were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and we feel so fortunate that they took such great care of us. There are still great people in the world and Chris D. and Chris R. are two of them. We had a great experience with Grable Plumbing. We had called multiple plumbers when our water heater went on the fritz. Grable Plumbing was able to book a service call immediately. Unlike other plumbers who tried to charge us to even diagnose what might be wrong, Grable Plumbing quickly got to the root of the issue, explained our options and, when we decided to buy a new water heater, offered us a price the others couldn't even touch. I highly recommend!

Chris came on time and as scheduled to install a new kitchen faucet. Earlier that day I had the county public utility technician out to check my water meter as my water bill was running higher than expected. He confirmed that I had a leak and that the meter was functioning correctly. When Chris arrived later that day ton install my faucet, I showed him the leak outside on the main water line. After installing my faucet, he stayed on to isolate and fix the outside leak. I have used Grable for years and I highly recommend them for their prompt service. And I really appreciate Chris going to extra mile to fix my leak rather than making me schedule another appointment. Thank you!

John was the plumber who visited my home and he was extremely professional, highly skilled, well mannered, clean and efficient! This is the type of employee that any company would be proud to send out to the pubic! I would recommend this company to anyone. This was the second company I phoned and the first company (nationally known) quoted me at double the price! I recommend calling Grable.

The first tech gave us an ridiculous invoice for install of 2 flanges for our toilets. $607.75
Would need to return to install bolts after concrete repair, for an additional service call.
Our floor installers have dealt with same repair and never saw such a ridiculous charge.
Luckily customer service agreed to return, plus install the 2 toilets, that wasn't part of the original invoice. The tech did a excellent job and we ate very satisfied. I must say I would be hesitant to use Grable Plumbing, if I hadn't complained the 2 $15.00 parts installed would have cost me $607.75 with maybe 1 hour labor.

Chris came out and was very professional with providing an estimate for repairs. He was very honest and knowledgeable. Which I appreciated. Will definitely use them in the future for my plumbing needs.
