Technician was a little later than expected, but communication was great and estimate for work was very fair. Technician did a lot of work, but considered it part of the estimate and there was no charge. Will definitely use them again!

Replaced my AC system at a great price ! Everyone was wonderful, friendly and professional, communication was perfect from estimate through installation day. I would recommend John and Yovanni and Jose to anyone !

Grable Plumbing is definitely a reputable company. I had previously had repairs done and was having issues 2 years later. When they came over they called Mr. Grable to review my previous repairs. Grable Plumbing returned to my home and identified the problem and repaired it at no cost. The are definitely a company with high integrity and I HIGHLY recommend them. The repairmen were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I have used them throughout the years and in my opinion they are the best plumbing company in the Tampa Bay Area!! JOB WELL DONE!!

Called Grable for an emergency repair. I live in a condo upstairs and needed someone here asap to get my water turned off because my water heater was flooding my unit and possibly the unit downstairs. Due to the emergency they rescheduled a plumber to come to my residence right away. The technician showed up within 30 minutes. I was greeted by Carl their technician who was very friendly and professional. Carl did a fantastic job and the price was 👍. Thank you Carl and Grable employees. Happy that I called your company.

I recently purchased a home in Brandon Florida that needed some work completed. I called Grable plumbing, and they sent out a young man by the name of Chris Reid. This young man was on top of everything, answered all of my questions without hesitation. The bill that accumulated was a little more than $9000. Having Chris do the work was worth every penny. During the installation process Chris found several things of concern and kept me informed 100% of every issue that he found. Chris then translated all of his findings and sent them to his supervisor for approval as well as getting it printed on company letter head. Well, this is where the problem began. I called the company and requested to speak to Joe, and I was told he was in a meeting @ 10:24 am and was told that he would return my phone call. By the end of the day a phone call was never received and no email with my findings were emailed. I called again the next morning at 10:16 am and when I called a person named Savanna answered and I asked to speak to Joe and that I had called yesterday with no return phone calls or any communication from the company at all. You would think with spending as much as I did, with the possibility of spending more someone would have been in in communication with me. Savanna, then went on to ask me what I needed to speak to Joe about. I in return advised her that I was not into playing games and Joe is well aware why I called int he first place. Then Savanna, said all I can tell you is there is an email pending to be sent. If this kind of communication went on with Chris, I would have sought another company due to the lack of communication and the flat-out disregard for me as a paying customer. I eventually received my letter via email but still no kind of communication from Joe at all. The only reason why there was any business from me was because of the professionalism and workmanship of Mr. Chris Reid. Thank You sir for your loyalty to me as a paying customer and if you ever open up a business feel free to contact me because you never know when I will want or need more plumbing work completed.

Very happy Grable added air conditioning to their services. John is a very professional technician. He did a great job.

We had a issue with our washer drain pipe not draining and backing up all over our garage. We tried everything and couldn't fix it. So we called Grable Plumbing. The phone customer service was wonderful but my first experience was rocky. After speaking to Joe the co owner it was immediately fixed and he had Jon out to us in under 30 minutes. Jon was fabulous! Excellent Custer service and awesome plumbing skills. We definitely will use them agian and will always recommend them. I love that they are family owned and ran!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had my kitchen sink Pipes replaced on 11/08/2021BY EDDIE With a one year warranty and paid over $400! My kitchen sink begin to leak again this I didn’t notice until Christmas of 2022, I called for service on 1/05/2022, the technician ERIC showed up on 01/06/2022 and quoted me another $407 to replace a sink basket in which the water was leaking from, now mind you this is a 14 month old install and I reached out to the original installer to repair they’re work! I didn’t agree with the price since it’s not the same amount of work or materials needed! Straight rip off, I called and complained and voiced my concern to Savanah who answers the phone! Only to be told there is nothing that can be done because of the bogus warranty! The technician Eric stated the leak is due to hot water! Or usage when pipes are made for water and years of usage ! They are bullshyt !! No one wants to be accountable for the work of their technician for the lack of proper install which is meant to last for years! I do not recommend to anyone

Plumber was obviously very experienced, did an excellent job and clearly explained methods he chose, given age of the house and plumbing.
