We had them come out to take a look at the A/C unit and they charged us the service fee and told us that the outdoor fan and compressor were shot and HIGHLY suggested we get a new unit. They said it wasn't worth it to put that much money (over 2k) into a unit that old and that we should get a new one. They quoted us $4,200 for the new unit. We got a second opinion from another company (Lloyd Air Conditioning) and they not only told us that the compressor was totally fine but couldn't believe that they had suggested a new unit. They replaced the fan (which was broken) and cost us a fraction of what Air Control had said the fan replacement would cost. DO NOT go with this company unless you want to be taken for a fool.

After reading the reviews I called and without a doubt they are superb! Professional, courteous, timely, and reasonable. Jeremy was the Technician who serviced the unit he arrived within the hour, found the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes. Thank you Jeremy!

My air-conditioner stopped working last night. I called them in the morning. By 11:30 A.M,He was on my home fixing it. He went to get a new filter and he was done 2 pm.

Had the guys from Air Control check out our situation and then eventually replace our unit. Throughout the process felt that they were fair, honest, and reliable at every step of our interaction. Great job, y'all.

Another AC company wanted to put in an entire new line from the outside unit to the inside unit when a roofing nail damaged the line - cost over $2,500. Air Control came in and fix the nail damage, which is not uncommon when a new roof is installed. Their total cost under $500. But it gets much better. As the repairman, Jamie Godwin was driving away, he stopped his truck two houses down where two workers were planting flowers in the 90 degree plus heat. He yelled out, "Do you guys want a drink". Before they even answered, he jumped out of his truck, got to two cans of soda out of a cooler and handed it to the two profusely sweating men. Jumped back in his truck and drove away.

The tech misdiagnosed my problem and it cost $200. The issued was not resolved and lo and behold another tech begat another misdiagnosis costing another $70. Time for another visit and another failed diagnosis. Good news though! They found an extremely simple solution on a fourth attempt costing another $100. No more business for them.

AC started blowing warm air - I called Air Control and they had a truck over quickly. Diagnosed the problem as a failed Capacitor. Thankfully it was an inexpensive repair. They had the part on the truck and the AC was blowing cool again!

I had a great experience with this company. After telling them the type of unit I needed replaced, they were able to give me an unbeatable price. They had the new system the next day!
