My whole experience from start to finish was great. The dispatcher was kind and prompt to Mike Crockett who came out very fast. Called ahead of time, was patient and asked questions. Very knowledgeable and concise. He diagnosed the system and quickly found the problem and went above and beyond to get it taken care of for my parents. He got out to my parents house extra early this morning due to rain the previous day so my parents didn’t have to go through another hot day. My parents are so happy and I am as well. Thank you Air control and Mike you guys did a great job.

Air Control did such a great job with everything. We needed several service calls on our old unit. They came out at 9:30pm and fixed our unit. Jeremy Smith was very professional and made sure we comfortable between getting parts and install. I recommend these guys very much! Thanks for all the help!

From the beginning Curt came out to my home and looked over what we needed, he gave me a quote the same day and Ordered the unit for me as soon as i decided to go with Air Control. Because of Covid it took a few days to get it in his hands but the day he got it he called me and had his guys out here the next day (Curt also dealt with all my pesky questions without getting annoyed while we waited on the unit and never made me felt like I was bothering him). The 3 guys who came where amazing. The lead guy (cant remember his name) was awesome he showed me how to use my fancy new thermostat, checked my duct work and checked the system multiple times before they left. They where here all day and worked steady the entire day to make sure i had AC today after 3 weeks with no AC.
Moral of my rant is I highly recommend Air Control and will be using them in the future.

Our home's AC system received an excellent maintenance service today. The assigned technician, Jeremy, was thorough, courteous and professional. He solved a minor issue that could have turned into a bigger problem had we not scheduled routine maintenance. It's a huge relief knowing everything is in good working order before the hottest months arrive! The office staff here is very nice and professional too.

My AC shut off in the middle of the night, and the house was very hot this morning. I called Air Control immediately. Mike Crockett came out to the house... on Saturday... within about three hours of my call... on a Saturday. Excellent response! Mike quickly assessed the problem and was able to get us fixed, up an running, and cool again... before game time. Excellent service! Thank you, Mike!

Air conditioning went out on Saturday so we were on after hours repair rates. The technician Mike Crockett was excellent. He has a great personality and is extremely knowledgeable. He was quick to repair so overall bill wasn't bad considering we were on weekend rates. Think they are probably the best heating/cooling company in town.

After having three other companies come out, all three wanting to sell me a new unit but telling me different reasons why, I called Air Control. I was expecting to get an appointment later in the week but they sent someone out that day. Jamie, who's worked for the company for 19 years, immediately found the problem and fixed it. The total cost - $69.95. Amazing. Unlike most of the companies in Tallahassee, Air Control does not work for commission for selling Trane or Carrier or other products, so they are focused on repair and maintenance. They believe it excellent customer service and fostering long-term relationships with their customers. I love that philosophy and appreciate a company who wants to fix and maintain my unit. With their help, I expect my unit to last another decade. They also are the most inexpensive for an emergency call after hours. I have been recommending them to everyone I know.

Air Control installed a brand new unit at our home to replace our old outdated unit. They have also serviced and repaired our secondary unit as needed. The office staff are always courteous and friendly, handling phone calls and returning calls promptly while making sure scheduling works best for the customer. The techs are always extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient - explaining any problems in an easy to understand way and leaving the home as neat as they found it. They offer great customer service at competitive prices. We highly recommend Air Control to anyone looking for a new unit or needing service or repairs to an existing unit!

Curt and his team did a wonderful job from the first contact with Curt when he came to my home assessed my situation made recommendations for a new unit and went over financing options with me, then upon my being financed, his team brought out a powerful floor AC unit to help keep me cool until our installation date. On the day of installation the team arrived here at 8:15am and started working feverishly as being in a hot house attic all day takes a lot out of a person, but his team kept working even tthrough lunch as I ordered them pizza and sodas they keep working as they would eat to get my house up and running even faster. Thanks guys for a job well done.

New to Tallahassee and based off reviews went with Advanced Air Care. Jeff our service tech did an amazing job explaining things and letting us know about the quality of our newly inherited AC system. Definitely made a long term customer today!!
