The BEST AC Company in Tallahassee!! I had a problem with my AC blowing warm air and the unit outside not coming on. I called Air Control & explained my problem. They had a service tech out at my house to check out/fix the issue within an hour and within 15 minutes or so, the problem was fixed and I had cold air blowing in my house again!! I would recommend them above all the rest, staff is very professional & super courteous, as are their service techs!! If you ever have AC problems/issues, don't waste your time with anyone else, call Air Control, they are most definitely the BEST!!!

I have interacted with at least 8 different air control employees and they have all been nice, efficient, professional, and genuinely cared about keeping costs down while making the best decision for my HVAC needs. Fantastic company, will continue to do business with them for many years.

Air Control is not an honest company. When we bought our new house, the air conditioner came with a 10-year guarantee, which will expire on April 2020. Once the air conditioner stopped working, we called them and they fixed it. However, they said because the home seller bought the conditioner, not us, we were not covered by the insurance. Seriously, the guarantees follow the machines, not the buyers. I wrote a letter to Better Business Bureau and Department of Agriculture. I am tired of dishonest people trying to mess with you because you are a minor woman in their country.

JEREMY SMITH IS THE BEST!! I had a terrible experience with a company that will remain nameless. That company couldn't figure out what the issue was after 2 days of working and putting a hole in my ceiling. I called Air Control and Jeremy was the on call service specialist. He arrived 30 mins after I called and immediately I could tell he knew what he was doing. He went into the attic and fixed everything that the prior company had messed up. Then 40 mins later I felt a cool breeze coming from the heavens (Air Vent) and I was back up and the house was cooling down again! An extremely pleasant experience and an extremely experienced individual! To top it all off..the price was EXTREMELY reasonable! I told Jeremy that Air Control is going to be my first and only choice for HVAC concerns! Thanks Jeremy and Air Control!

Great company! Air conditioner went out after 15 years and I thought I needed a new unit. Curt, from air control, came out to give me an estimate on a new 15 seer system and quickly diagnosed the problem with the old one fixed it. Experience and initiative like his is hard to find.

Had to get a new unit after my 17 yr old unit gave up the ghost. Checked around and had a few estimates and Air Control’s was the one on that was put together the best so I went with them. The installation crew arrived on time and worked none stop to get the new unit in place. Will happily recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done.

I had a great experience with this company. Their prices were competitive and they came out the day that I called ~ the new system was installed and is working really well! The technicians that came to the house were professional and cleaned up behind themselves. I will definitely use them again.

I own a few rental properties and when Air Control came to give me a bid to replace one of the AC units they did a complete & extensive inspection & told me I didn't need a new unit. They then worked with the thermostat & gave the renter guidance on how to efficiently control their heat/air to save $. Ethical business people you can trust.

I obtained about six estimates for an install of and HVAC for my 1450 sf home that
had a beat up air handler from the '80s. The unit inside was not sealed properly, the line
outside was not covered, etc. etc. Tim, the owner, came by and explained what needed
to be done and figured the proper size of unit needed for the house (the old system was overkill).

His bid was more than a thousand dollars less than a bid from another company for this same
brand and size of system, so, of course, I went with this company.

They arrived early and carefully installed the system, being sure that the air intakes
were cleanly covered up and went into the attic to re-insulate the distribution ducts that
needed it. The guy in charge had nine years of experience working with HVAC systems
and was courteous and competent, as was the rest of the crew. I would highly recommend
this company to anyone. On a final note, one company recommended changing out the copper
line that would have added a lot more cost--I learned that this is very rarely needed and that
the line was just fine after being tested.
