Very honest company with friendly and professional employees

This A/C company is tops. Air Plus is so honest, it's beyond words. I requested an estimate for a new 5 ton A/C system, and Scott came in and said a new system wasn't necessary. An inefficient ducting system was the culprit, along with no returns in any of the rooms. One week later, Jeremy, Ronnie, and Juan showed up and got the job done with zero inconvenience and 100% diligence, respectfulness, and quality workmanship. These guys made sure we had A/C in all the rooms at the end of Day 1, since it was a two day job. Prior to Air Plus, I vetted 4 A/C companies and they all claimed I needed a new A/C system. Air Plus's prices were quite reasonable and their workers very courteous.

Worst communication I have ever experienced from an air conditioning company. Never called to confirm the repair. Never called before showing up. Came into the house and proceeded to blast music. Left the wet, damaged air filter in the handler.

Polite..on time and one of my pet peeves is being honest. You know people what I'm talking about. When they talk and they say things you dont really need and the ride begins. They didn't do that!! He could have and didn't because they have respect for their customers...give them a call!!
