I have used Wilson over the past few years from my home, properties that I manage and now a home that we are building. They have always been responsive, fair and honest. I feel like I have met or interacted with everyone in the organization over the past few years and they have always been professional and informative. Would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely 5 star value and service from Wilson. Always a huge worry that an AC company is going to be dishonest or sell you an unneeded repair, their man was honest. Came home tonight to a house with an AC system that had been blowing hot air all day... ugh. So lovely to see the indoor temp read "99+" on the thermostat... After-Hours tech Nick did great work, replaced a bad thermostat, and tonight, will be sleeping in a cool house again (worth noting- called around to several AC places, all the ones that advertised 24/7 service had excuses why they couldn't come late... Wilson sent a guy). All said and done very fair pricing, signed up for their maintenance plan, wouldn't consider using anyone else.

Have used Wilson for about 8 years, they have replaced and provided maintenance to my 3 zone AC/heating. They do a great job. Recently, Dennis a service technician, did an outstanding job on our service call, which resulted in recommending replacement of two units that were damaged with salt water during Hurricane Matthew. He was very comprehensive and explained the pros and cons of each alternative. He also showed me how to solve an air flow problem in one of the bedrooms. Highly recommend Dennis and Wilson Heating and Air.

Replaced leaking and outdated ac/heat pump. From the original conversation with owner Todd Wilson to office work by Marie and install by Alfie & Johnny, all was done with professional courtesy, reasonable pricing, on time as promised and detailed, including cleanup. Highly recommend!

Wilson was the only company to quickly diagnose a problem that 2 other A/C companies missed. Our master bedroom has never heated or cooled correctly and after 1 visit with Wilson, we are sleeping comfortably again. Great experience!

These folks are great! Fantastic communication from the get go. Service Technicians are timely and knowledgeable. They take time to answer questions and are thorough in their service calls. Would highly recommend Wilson and I often do!

It’s taken me a while to write this but here it goes. We had a contract with Wilson Heating and Air since December 2010. We went through Hurricanes Matthew and Irma, after which Wilson repaired the ducting under our home, at $2500 an occurrence, and we bought a new, larger HVAC. The second ducting repair was not done well. I discovered 12 months later that the ducting came loose from one vent, got damaged in rainwater under our house, and required a whole link of ducting to be replaced. Brenda Wilson, who seemed to be in charge, stated that it was Wilson‘s policy to not stand behind their work after 11 months and she could do nothing about it because of policy. I asked, “Who makes the policy?” She stated that Wilson does. It’s a family business. Reminding her of what a long-term and good customer we have been of Wilson‘s, buying a new HVAC unit, and the two years of $2400 ducting repair did not make a difference. Also, a thermostat that was replaced when we bought the new HVAC was inappropriately installed and ran constantly causing us to have exorbitant electrical bills. Wilson had a board meeting and decided to pay part of the excessive electrical bills. Of course, I would discourage anyone from using this company!

I have worked with Wilson for several years and have to say that they have been extremely responsive and professional. They are family-owned and extremely sensitive to their reputation. I would highly recommend using wilson for your AC and heating needs.
