The technician was knowledgeable and polite. i was satisfied with his work and would recommend Wilson to anyone interested in Air conditioning and heating....He did replace a capacitor...i am not sure if this is AC or HVAC..

Took care of my rental ac unit the same day Found the problem and told us it was under warranty so no cost, just labor which was very reasonable for a Sunday. The other company which Advertises with some kind of “Superman” which I have a service contract with told me earliest would be Tuesday! That was when I called on Saturday! So much for this company I’m switching to Wilson H and AC for my 2 homes!!!

They installed this unit approximately 8 years ago and have kept it running great ever since. They go out of their way to be on time, clean and making sure we have all the items we need to have a safe and clean home.

They arrived within 45 minutes on a sunday. John immediately identified the swollen and damaged capacitor, and had the part in his truck to replace it. $197 (after install) for a $15 capacitor is pretty steep, plus 85 for the call. If you can suffer for a bit, and turn a screw driver without killing yourself, maybe wait; but as the bill is being picked up by the landlord, I won't complain.

The technician that came to our business was very knowledgeable and polite. Wilson's installation price was very competitive. I feel extremely confident recommending their Hvac services.

I've been dealing with Wilson 10-11 years.......GREAT group of people. Always thorough and very informative. My AC runs just fine !!! Keep up the good work guys and gals....
