Wilson Air though should only charge residents more money if they are out of St John's County for the yearly maintenance plan not me since I'm in Saint Augustine and in Saint John's County but my zip code is considered "out of area" not cool....

We have used Wilson's for two different properties we own. We have service contracts on both HVAC units. EVERY time we have contacted the office they are prompt and professional. The service tech, Dennis, has handled multiple issues for us (cleaning/maintenance, AC unit coating for salt, thermostat set up, etc. EVERY time we have had the pleasure of Dennis as our tech, he is professional, polite, shows up on time, and has always made recommendations that were best for us as the consumer-even though it might have cost the company a parts sale -or whatever-for the present time. We have always been more than satisfied with this company!!

We left message Sunday night that our ac was not working. Received a phone call first thing Monday morning and Billy was at our condo at 8:30am! Our ac unit and heat needed to be replaced and Billy made a call to office and we had install set for Thursday. Chad and Jon installed, they were awesome, very professional and right on time, we are grateful for Wilson , there employees Billy, Chad, and Jon. We now have peace of mind while we are not there that our ac/heat will be working! We HIGHLY recommend.

I phoned on a Friday afternoon to report an AC compressor in an on occupied apartment had stopped working. I told Wilson Air that it was not an emergency, and it could wait until Monday if that was better for their scheduling. No problem, I was told, we can take care of you this afternoon. Dave, the technician, was here within an hour, replaced a burned out component, and had the AC running again in short order. I have used Wilson for years For installation and service. They are professional, polite, prompt, and a good value. Highly recommend.

We had a loud clicking noise and a faulty fan (speed fluctuated when running). We have an older unit, so we opted to repair it to try and get some more life out of it, Nick, our repair technician, understood that we were just wanting to repair, there was no pressure to replace the compressor unit. He was able to diagnose the problem in about half and hour, complete a temporary fix, and had the part ordered before he left. The install was a couple days later and only took half an hour. They were very professional and friendly, and they were early/on time for both appointments. I highly recommend Wilson Heating & Air for a good local, HVAC service.

Recently, I replaced my air handler. The overall experience with Wilson Heating and Air was a positive one and would have garnered a 5 star rating except for the outage that I experienced hours after the unit was installed. I contacted Wilson Heating and Air when I noticed the unit wasn't activating. This was approximately 4-5 hours after the new install was complete. It was approximately 10:00 PM at night and the answering service had a technician respond. He advised he'd return to my home the next morning to resolve the issue. The technician did dispatch the next day and promptly resolved the wiring issue that caused the unit to short. Wiring was not properly connected the first time. Since the revisit, the unit has been operating perfectly. The service was good, the punctuality was perfect, the professionalism and overall quality reflects well. I would select Wilson Heating and Air for future services and I would recommend them for your home or business needs.

When shopping around for the best value for the buck, I asked a few friends for recommendations. I called Wilson Heating and Air, and Todd came out within a day of my phone call to give me a quote. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and his quote was very fair. A few weeks later when I was ready to make the investment, two of his installers showed up right on time and I was amazed at their efficiency and expertise. A great experience for a reasonable price in replacing a "must have" in the Sunshine State.

Dave, the technician that installed our new WiFi thermostat and completed maintenance on our HVAC system was outstanding. Easygoing, knowledgeable, and helpful in every possible way. He explained what he was doing, gave us helpful advice on the operation of the system, and welcomed our our never ending questions. We are very happy having switched to Wilson for our HVAC needs and maintenance and trust their expertise.
