the work was excellent and also the technician who came to fix the problem very grateful although they arrived not so fast and I think the charge was a bit high although it is true that you do not charge for hitting but for knowing where to hit

Corey Thorbton was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Cleaned and checked our Air conditioner unit. Not only was he a joy to meet, but even wore his foot booties, to keep our rugs clean.

I called AND for a 2nd opinion on our HVAC. John showed up the same evening and worked hard to figure out what the problem was. He was professional, thorough, and willing to explain what the problem was when he finally figured out it was the coil leaking refrigerant. I was given an estimate for repair and two estimates for replacement. Definitely recommend this company.

AND Services maintains my HVAC system semi annually. Their technicians are highly trained, professional and yet personable. I watch what they do to learn about my system. They are eager to explain what they are doing, why they are doing it and what I need to watch for.
I have added a whole house purifier system, black lights all to keep the house clean & the system mold free. When these were recommended it was no hard sell, just advise with the pros & cons. If I ask about adding products I’ve read about they tell me it’s not necessary or it’s a waste of money.
When My system gets serviced, I get an education. The technicians are just terrific.
