Disastrous experience. May I preface this with the fact that this is my first review ever. I never thought I'd leave one but these folks have left me no choice.

After paying nearly $2000 for my AC to be repaired, it broke a short 48 hours later. When I asked for them to come back out to take a look, they kept pushing me off until later and refused to call the technician on the job to find a time estimate. I had to call 7 times before someone would attempt getting a hold of one. In fact, one of the dispatch managers was incredibly rude.

This is all after I signed up to be "priority" which was an extra charge.

When asked how they would make this right? The response was "we can talk about that tomorrow".

The manager "John" told me finally he'd call the tech and give me a time estimate. That was also a lie. He never called back. When I called, the agent on the phone said that John refused to talk to me and that they had no estimate. A continued blatant disrespect and disregard. Cowardly.

Jonathan was great!! Helped get service right away to my place.

Technition John was great. Friendly, and knowledgeable. Showed my A/C as he was servicing.

John the tech was very professional and thorough. He listened to see and understood my needs to get the job done.

Corey, great guy even better person..he took the time to explain what cause the problem..upon telling corey my delimma, he took it in stride and still resolved our issue.

Brandon was was very professional and he did a great job.

Just had an AC unit I installed- very professional and fast William and Justin were great and knowledgeable. The whole process was great and even enjoyable Highly recommend this co - just had check up on a/c with Cristian Torres - he was very professional and let me know what needs done for yearly maintenance - thank you
