John was wonderful. He explained everything as he was working. Showed me a couple things I didn’t know about.

John was very efficient and took his time to make sure everything was in good working order..

I hope that in 6months when I have my next maintenance check that I will see John again!

And service, for air condition and Electric is a new service for me. I have just been with them for the past two years, and I'm very impressed with them. And also with their employee TECHNICIAN NERI. Who is very informative and educating me about this system that I have in my home for air the guy does a good job and he knows a lot about the system more than I do so I give him high five.. getting back to an services this is a good service there always on time the employees work professional to my knowledge and this is why I gave them a five-star.

Not good

If I could I would give them minus 10 stars. Very dishonest people, looks like their purpose to get as much as possible money from you. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They came to my house estimate repairs $2148, other estimate $600 for what needs to be done, not for what they made up, for example they told me I need UV light, which I even do not need it $1423, others said only $750, but they conviced me I do not need it, also one more thing I do not need $548. I would never let them into my home close to my AC.

John S, the tech that did our yearly maintenance is very professional. He showed and explained everything he performed, very specific with every details, and answered all my questions. He is very punctual and nice. I commend him for his dedication to his job.
