And Services RIPPED ME OFF!!! Their company policy is not to give you an estimate over the phone until they see the job that needs to be done. The technician came to my residence and said the job is simple and the charge will be $120. When he completed the work in less than an hour, I gave him my credit card to pay. Then the technician said that I will receive my receipt in an email in a few minutes. He left and sat in his truck for about 15 minutes before he departed. I thought he was making my receipt. But the receipt never came. I called And Services on several occasions to get my receipt, but could not get a receipt. Then my credit card statement came showing they charged $310 for the work!!! I called two more times to get a detailed receipt of the charges. They finally sent me a BOGUS WORK ORDER RECEIPT with the wrong date of service, wrong technician, inaccurate work performed, and I did not sign the work order. This company is the perfect example of why contract companies get a bad name. I hope they go out of business.

Brandon came out and was very personable. He quickly identified the problem with the shut off valve and was able to replace the valve. He even told me about the snake that had gotten into my garage so that it didn't surprise me. I was pleased by how fast Brandon got to my home.

Dre was very professional and helpful. The work was explained in detail. Attention to detail as well, with no mess left in the work area. I can use my kitchen sink again.

Cristian was very professional and friendly. He has a very nice way about him. He explained everything thoroughly to us. We would like him as a regular Technician.

Was recommended by friend as our central air was broken and leaking badly. They responded within 12 hours and had a repair immediately and then new install in 48 hours . Their technician Corey was exceptional and I would ask for him if available. If other services were as well run and organized as these guys it would make homeownership much easier . Thanks guys job well done

I called AND services for an electric panel concern, and they sent an electrician (Alan) the same day. Alan was very professional and friendly and he listened closely to my concerns. He offered four different alternatives to address the issues with competitive pricing for each. He ran into an unexpected issue with our meter box while he was working, and went out of his way to get the needed parts so that we would not be without power. It was clear that he was focused on our well-being, and he went above and beyond to do what was needed without increasing the original cost quote. I would definitely call on AND for any future electrical needs, and I am planning to use them for air conditioning services as well. It's nice to have one company that can effectively handle plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

Wow! What a great experience. These days it’s hard to find good quality workers, am had the nicest demeanor. I sure hope this company can hold onto this gem Alan Esqueda, and hope he is paid well because he is a rare find.

I received an offer through attending a home show of an electrical evaluation for my house. Mario was the technician who performed this service. He was respectful and thorough. He evaluated my home and electrical service against current Sarasota County codes, potential safety issues and “nice to haves”. He was also truthful - he only found 3 things that he suggested, not an endless list. At my request, he provided an estimate for each of the changes, without any pushy sales techniques. I find his evaluation to be trustworthy - which is always difficult to know when nothing is actually broken.
