First when I called Hawkins, a real human answered and quickly got me setup with right folks for a Gas Heater replacement. Chris and Scott arrived 2 days later as promised and on time to get the job done. They rerouted and cleaned up the pool plumbing, added valve to prevent back flow for the heater so it’ll last and overall did a fantastic installation. Looking forward to heating up the spa tonight and enjoying! I highly recommend Hawkins.

I was having issues with my pool pump so I called Hawkins. Dean and Eli came out shortly after and was able to diagnose and resolve my issues the same day plus educate us on several additional items. While no one prefers to spend money on repairs, I absolutely am always left pleased with their support and this was no different. We have used Hawkins Service on a few installs over the years and have been very happy with the level of service and attention to detail. Our pool pump, salt cell and filter all needed replacement (my pool service company wasn't doing their job - expensive lesson on my end but lesson learned). Dean came out assessed the situation and replaced three major components that failed and upgraded the plumbing system to increase efficiency and flow. Dean took the time to go over all aspects of the system upgrades, explain how to maintain all components and went above and beyond in answering all my maintenance questions. Two thumbs up and extremely happy with the service. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Gabby is wonderful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She is also friendly, explains clearly what she did and the steps that could be taken to improve our AC system’s functioning and reliability. She was able to change out a component that was getting close to failure, that saved us from being without cool air during this upcoming summer. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. Thanks!

Jeremy and Chad were very professional and actually arrived earlier than my quoted time frame (bonus)!
