Very happy with Hawkins Service. We had a pool heater and now AC maintenance too.

Happily use this company for all their services. Everyone we have been in contact with from Nic with the heater and Gabby for our AC has been great. Also when calling the main office number everyone there has been helpful and courteous.

It’s a bad feeling when you wake up and your AC is not working. I called Hawkins Services upon a recommendation from my Orkin representative. Within 2 hours of calling in, Scott, my technician was at my front door. He explained how my system worked and how I can easily maintain my unit. I was treated with respect and Scott was extra careful not to let my fur babies escape while coming in and out. I signed up for the service plan and am now assured excellent service anytime. Great Quality.

Ryan and Rae from Hawkins just replaced my pool light, they were not only on time but texted that they would be early. Did a fantastic job on the install and cleaned up when they left. Exceptional service start to finish. Great communication throughout the entire process from the first phone call.

I would give 10 stars if I could. We had to have our pool light replaced. A friend recommended Hawkins Service company. I gave them a call and they had 2 of their service techs Ryan and Nathan out in a timely manner. These men were nothing short of amazing. Very professional, they assessed the problem with the light went over several options for replacement and were able to handle the job right then. Both men were very polite and helpful with explaining the difference in lights and also having to replace a transformer that had gone bad. I highly recommend Hawkins Service Company and their staff is hands down some of the finest around. Huge thank you to Ryan and Nathan for all of your help.

Scott came by today to do maintenance on our air conditioning system. He was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as very thorough. He took the time to let me know what he was doing and why. I never felt rushed. He offered suggestions about maintenance programs to protect the air conditioner. Service like this is hard to come by nowadays. I would recommend Scott for any home need. Hawkins Service Company is very versatile. They work with all aspects of the home and pool. If ever a situation arises, call and ask for Scott!

Jeremy came out to check our pool heater. He was on time and very professional. He could have easily said more was wrong but we ended up only paying the service charge as he was able to quickly remedy the problem and took a moment to educate me a bit on our heater.

Jesse arrived on time and was professional throughout the visit. Excellent tech and personable even allowing me to take a work call during the visit. Explained technical specs at a layman's level to help us understand what fixes would be most beneficial.

Professional, respectful, extremely knowledgeable and conscientious - Mr. Mark P. provided excellent service and went above and beyond the call of duty while repairing and inspecting my home A/C system. I will continue to use Hawkins Service and ask for him by name. Promote and retain with enthusiasm!
