The technician who arrived was Scott Corley. What a great guy. He was very professional and experienced. Explained everything he was going to be doing today in great detail and answered all of my questions. Scott is a hard worker and loves his job at Hawkins Service Co.

I called Hawkins to replace a valve that was not working on my pool equipment. Andrew showed up on time, did a thorough inspection, was knowledgeable on the equipment, and explained what needed done. He also gave me some tips on maintenance and provided some upgrade options.

Our pool salt cell broke and a replacement was on back order for over a month. Hawkins found a replacement in less than 2 weeks! Andrew came to replace it immediately and also helped with our aqualink connection, including replacing it on the spot. Very satisfied with Hawkins quick response, troubleshooting and customer service. We are happy to have found a pool company we can rely on!

Highly recommend Hawkins Service Company. Jayson came out today to fix our pool light. He was polite and professional. He spent time explaining what the problem was and how he was going to take care of the issue. Jayson went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with his service.

He let us know when he was 20 minutes away and arrived on time. He was very professional throughout the visit and showed me some small issues that were easily fixed. He also made some great recommendations and provided the prices on other possible improvements and explained everything in detail. Great Service by a knowledgeable professional.

Brian and Henry spent 4-5 hours ensuring all of our pool equipment was up to date and programmed to the optimal settings. They replaced the salt cell, hooked up our Aqualink, cleaned our pool filter, and gave us a pool school lesson. We will definitely be using Hawkins again for any of our go to pool needs.

Very impressed with Hawkins and their commitment to customer service. My tech Jeremy was outstanding. He went above and beyond to diagnose my pool heater issue and clearly explained my options. He arrived on time and was very professional. Their pricing is very fair as well.

Hawkins did my initial electrical install for my entire system, also did the install for my heater and now changed out a bad salt cell. They are always very professional, do a great job and very good communication. I highly recommend them. Thank you for being awesome!!!

I just needed to stop and leave a review for 2 employees that went above and beyond with helping me with my new pool. Kurt and Matt were pool electricians who were kind, fast, always on time, great communication, and did extremely high quality work! Any pool install is a nightmare, but these guys really helped it go easier. I would recommend this company to anyone as long as they are here.
