The team from HSC connected up our new pool equipment and pool lighting. The team was very efficient and the workmanship is amazing. Thanks to Ty, Brandon, Quez for their hard work and attention to every detail!

Hawkins Service Company and Jeff their Service Man were Great to work with. The office emailed that there was a Service order set and what day and time Jeff would be here. Jeff called on his way here to let me know. Jeff was very personable and professional. He asked questions about my problem and checked everything out. Jeff kept In touch with me and answered every question I asked. He ordered everything he needed and set up a time to come back and repair my pool pump. I recommend Hawkins Service and Jeff wholeheartedly.

Ryan and his crew did an amazing job with the electric installation for my new pool. The communication before and after installation was awesome! Ryan walked me through the work that was to be completed. Courteous, professional and thorough! Outstanding !!

I've been using Hawkins for the past 14 years for my electrical pool needs. After 14 years, my VSP went out. I contacted them and Dean came to the house to perform a service call. About Hawkins: They are dependable and reasonably priced. They communicate well with customers. They have automated their scheduling system and notify you via email, phone, and text of the service calls. My representative was Dean. 5 things that impressed me about Dean. First, he communicates effectively. He notified me of his arrival and informed me of the initial work he was going to perform. Second, he explained the problem with the pump. Third, he outlined 3 options for me to consider. Fourth, he assessed the situation, executed the solution and put me on the schedule to install a new pump and new filter. Fourth, he took the initiative to streamline the plumbing at the pump to increase water flow and theoretically make the pump more energy efficient. Fifth, upon completion he explained the pool pump, the flow, how to remove cartridge and maintain the filter, and a few days later he texted me to check in on how the pool was working. I am very pleased with Dean and of course with Hawkins.

There is something to be said for a company that takes responsibility for customer issues and deals with them. Yesterday I did a review and rated Hawkins a 2. Within hours of my review I got a call from one of the owners, Joe, and he listened to my concerns and create a plan to remedy them. Sure enough, today Joe came thru and sent a representative (Rob Corjay) from Hawkins to my home and that person fixed everything beyond my satisfaction. Rob was very knowledgeable, detailed and patient. He fixed the programming on my pool automation and taught me how it all works. He didn't even think about leaving until I was 100% comfortable with how things are working and will work moving forward. Thank you Joe for bringing an old friend back into my life in Rob. He an I worked together many many years ago. He was actually my boss!

Today Ryan and Rae come out to our house to replace our spa and pool lights. No only were they on time, they were a pleasure to work with. They both were super knowledgeable and very eager to answer any questions we had. We love using Hawkins Service and today reminded us of the great people they employ!

Today I received some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. My pool pump and lights were not working, and I wasted two weeks with another company that did not fix anything!! After working with an excellent scheduler from Hawkins to get someone to come out for the lights, I had some hope. Ryan and Rya resolved my light issue very quickly and put in a call to see if they could have someone look at my pump issue. They told me they got someone to come the same day, which made my day. Dean K showed up the same day as they said and provided me with some excellent customer service!! Dean explained everything in a very friendly, professional and fix the issue on the spot (wow!!). After everything was resolved, he went through some other great options for some more work I wanted to be done at a later time. Kudos to Dean, Ryan, Rya, and the scheduler for resolving my pool issues!!

March 2023 I had Hawkins come out and add a swimming pool heater. The installation was smooth with Carlos, Will, Scott and Brian working so well together. They patiently answered all of my questions and did a thorough clean up. This unit is quiet and efficient, and I look forward to pooltime year round!

Matt and the team resolved several issues with my pool including installing my new way cool LED pool light! The communication was timely, calls were returned, the guys who came out were on time and texted updates about their arrival time along with being courteous, careful and cleaning up. They are more than just pools and I would suggest giving them a call. When Chris came out for the quote he looked at all my pool stuff and told me what I would be looking at in the future if things needed to be replaced so I could be prepared. The 2 different teams that came out were very informative and patient with my questions. I also had coping and tile regrouted which I added before and after pictures. It looks fabulous!

Scott is AMAZING!!! When your A/C goes out in summer in FL, it’s normally an instant panic attack , but from the moment Scott showed up, he was calm, reassuring, realistic, and fixed everything exactly how was initially described. He was exceptional. And while I hope I never need him in an emergency outage situation again, I will certainly request Scott anytime I call Hawkins for A/C services.

Ryan and his coworker performed an outstanding professional job. Discussed prior to work what the project consisted of and what to expect. Were very neat and let the work area very clean and organized. Greatly appreciated their job ethics. Would 100% recommend them and there company, HSC Hawkins Service Co.
