My A/C stopped cooling in the middle of the night. I called Air-Ric's Air first thing in the morning. Eric was at the house by 9:30, had the unit working by 10am, and he educated me about my particular system. Extremely helpful. I've already scheduled some much needed routine maintenance, which have not kept up with. Air-Ric's will be my go-to guy from now on.

Eric is always responsive and even returns calls outside of normal business hours. Not out to upswell you on stuff but does want you to make sure you get your PM’s done to keep your equipment running in tip top shape. They are the only company I will call and have reasonable rates compared to others. Definitely recommend there company also always professional with quick service.

Exceptional customer service with competitive pricing. Eric explained and more importantly took the time to show me why I needed to replace my current system. He gave me options on replacement with optional upgrades. He was able to come out the next day and replace the system in a few hours helping keep my family and dogs nice and cool. I would recommend Air-Rics for all your home AC needs.

Air-Ric's did a fantastic job. He took the time to inform us of the causes and show us what needed to be done. He walked us through the differences between a gas and electric unit so we understood everything and the differences in maintenance needs and frequency. He even took the time to give us tips on restoring the A/C when the capacitor was dying since they were booked for that evening and he wouldn't get to us till the next day. He was right on-time and was prompt in his service. The prices were fair and he had a fantastic attitude. The job was done and did it well. We are very glad we picked this local business for our A/C needs and hope our community keeps supporting these fantastic local businesses.

Eric was very friendly, knowledgeable , and patient. He was able to diagnose and fix at a fair and reasonable price. He gave me maintenance tips to prolong the use of my 12 year old AC. Eric could have easily told me to replace my whole AC unit. No sales pressure tactics were used. He cleaned around the AC unit and gave me valuable information.
