Air-Ric’s is a small business company but super reliable and trustworthy. Eric who arranged the service call is very courteous and was able to set us up for a same day appointment right away. The technician, Sonny, who is Eric’s brother by the way show up on time and walk me through each step of the troubleshooting process. He was able to find the root cause of the issue in no time and ordered the parts for us which is still under warranty. So, we only need to pay for the service call of $89 which is very reasonable plus a discounted labor cost. To make a long story short, our non-cooling AC is back up running the following day and it is good as new again! We are so happy and satisfied with the service quality and the overall experience. Sonny is a real pro! He is super friendly and very knowledgeable and excellent at his craft. I would highly recommend Air-Ric’s Air Conditioning and Heating for all your A/C needs. I'm so glad I found these guys! They are amazing! Very professional on the phone and respond very quickly. I had technicians from a few different companies over, and all of them except Air-Ric's were trying to upsell! Sonny was very thorough and honest, answered all of my questions and did not try to upsell me any add-on parts or new AC system. He took pictures of everything and took his time to explain what was going on. My AC unit was back up and running in no time! Very fair price as well! Thank you, Air-Ric's, you guys rock!

Air rics has been nothing but perfection. Quick responses to needs. First thing we had replaced was a capacitor. They responded that day and had it fixed within hiurs on a weekend. We had a goodman evaporator coil that they did a warranty replacement on. The labor was affordable. The replacement had an issue within the first year(its a goodman and known for having defects) they did a warranty replacement and didnt charge any service or labor. Honorable and trustworthy. I highly recommend!
