Most professional and technically proficient is what comes to mind when describing my experience with Max Cool. The technician examined my ac units issue within 10 minutes and was able to order the part via over night by pleading with the manufacturer. They were able to get my unit back up and running at a reasonable temp until the part came the next day. They didn't try to upcharge me like the other 2 companies when they quoted me as they said I needed a multitude of parts. The tech even showed me some valuable maintenance techniques which I didn't know about. Thanks Max Cool for being super awesome and saving the day along with my wallet.

My AC installed Nov 2020. They been out in the last year 3 times. Definitely not professional with customers. No need to complain to supervisor, he is the worst very disrespectful.
Absolutely no understanding I paid 6,800 for a system that not work properly.

UPDATE:

I wanted to update on this review, being its all new management. I wrote the review before the service and of course was hot, however the terrible noise was a frog got stuck between the fan.
I mentioned all new management and the customer service approach is professional and honest. I had a conversation with Johnathan which took the time to research past and present. I jumped the gun.
Tech Danny detailed some of the small animals that will get stuck during this summer season and went on with a regular maintenance just to make me happy.

These guys were sent out by our warranty company. They did a good job and sold us a protection plan. Everything was going well. I had no issue with the service and was planning on renewing.

We were informed that they decided not to service our area any longer in mid April. They advised that we would not be charged going forward. We were told that they would come out and perform the final service on the plan. This was done and the tech was fantastic.

This morning we found we were charged again yesterday. I called and was told, well now we won't charge you again. Guess they really needed that $19. They can have it.

I had a A/c compressor leak and was told it could be fixed by one of the technicians. After a 8 day wait with no air, they sent another technician out and found out they could not repair it needed to be replaced. I said this from day 1. Customer service has been poor and inconsistent. I was told i needed my blower wheel clean “so clean you could eat off of it” before they fix the issue and the evaporator coil cleaned. It’s been 2 weeks with two separate contractors who have cleaned the wheel and now the gentleman I’ve been working with isn’t in despite telling me to follow up on Saturday. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RUN! Reporting to BBB as we speak. Apparently normal wear and tear of a blower wheel is ok and this may be fraud.

This was my first time using this company and I must say I was very impressed with the professionalism and work they provided. I needed maintenance on my HVAC system on short notice and they really came through for me, when all the other companies was giving me a 2 month window. My service guy Tony G. was great and efficient and I really appreciated the time he took to answer any questions I had. I definitely recommend using this company for your HVAC needs. 5 Stars for Max

This place is a joke. Guy came out twice two days in a row. Ac stopped working 1 hr after he left the first day & we called next morning to have someone come out again. They went same guy. He was at our house a total of 6 min between both visits mind you. He proceeded to tell us we need to go out back with a shop vac to clean the lines ourselves as part of “monthly maintenance as owners”of the house & that he’ll do what he can but it’ll happen again and again because the pipes under this house are so old and clogged. NEVER in all our years of dealing w ac issues has someone ever told us this. Other companies come out, fix the issue and we’re good to go. What a joke our world has become & no one wants to work.

Wow. Darrel is amazing! ...Outstanding. I previously also had Alejandro from MAX COOL AIR and he was great too. I have used other A/C, heating etc companies before, but they were vastly inferior to MAX COOL AIR in terms of service, knowledge, abilities, and more. I will keep using this company over and over again. You won't believe the difference in competence at MAX COOL AIR compared to the competition. They are the best -- and nobody has asked me to post this review either.

Had an amazing experience Derrel D. The technician came walked me through what was wrong and ways to prevent problems with my unit in the future and was honest on all prices and products they definitely have a lifetime customer thanks.

Was very satisfied with Max Air Cooling. They were responsive. professional, polite and even faster than expected. After having multiple bad experiences with a different AC contractor in the area we couldn’t be happier.

I would like to say that this is my first time using this company and will certainly not be my last. Darrel is the most knowledgeable, professional and kind person I have ever encountered. Not only did he fix my issue but he stayed at my home no matter how long it took to make sure my kids would not be freezing on Christmas. Florida is going to go Down to the 20’s on Christmas and he worked diligently until this issue was resolved for us. I will be signing up for their maintenance program (as the previous companies I had never did this quality of work) I could not be happier and more satisfied. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, honest and kind this is the only way to go!
