The A/C was no cooling. I called them, and He scheduled an immediate appointment for me. The service was outstanding, Chris ( the technitian) explained everything step by step, and the pricing was within my budget. "If you are not cool, we are not cool." Thank you, Chris. My upstairs unit stopped working so I called Hank's Heating & Cooling and Chris was able to come to my house on an emergency visit. He did some troubleshooting and was able to diagnose to a bad capacitor. Identified problem and fixed in less than 30 minutes. AC back up and running. Not only was Chris a good technician but he's a true gentleman and professional. Great Service....My AC guy moving forward....

These guys were called by my management company to come out and get me back up and running. It was 87 in the house. They came in around an hour, diagnosed it, got the bid over and as soon as it was approved, they ran and got the TXV and were back. Fixed and cool. Great service and attitude, empathized with our situation and worked to resolve it asap. Much appreciated.

Very professional company whom personalized my needs and price range. This company came into my home and evaluated my needs in air conditioning. Although my original unit was outdated (23 yrs. old) the technician walked me through my basic need for central air/heat with the purchase of another unit. This Technician installed my unit and my house was cool within hours, even stayed to ensure the unit was running properly. I'm a well satisfied customer that'll tell two friends and then two more friends about this great company! The personalized experience was beyond and above Total Customer Satisfaction!
