Derrel was prompt, courteous, and professional. He is very knowledgeable and didn't rush. I've used 2 other A/C companies in the past. After calling for an emergency repair with my most recent company and no return call, I called Max today. They sent Derrel out within a few hours. I can't say enough positive things about Max. I've gained a great A/C company, and they've gained a loyal customer. Excellent customer experience.

Rafael was the technician that worked in our A/C, he was professional and knowledgeable, he asked what was wrong so we explained it and he started working on the unit, he replaced the capacitor and within 20 minutes the A/C unit was working, he just waited a little longer for the air to condensate to the right temperature. Overall I’m definitely happy with the service and we will really recommend to our friends and family

He came out and did an amazingly thorough job checking both units and letting me know what shape they were in and what needed to be replaced and what to expect in the future as well as how to maintain it well in the future. ***CHECK FOR OTHERS REVIEWS YOU'LL SEE THEY HAVE THE SAME BEHAVIOR, WE ARE NOT THE FIRST**** We use this company Max Cool Air Conditioning LLC assigned by HomeShield Appliances insurance.
They sent a technician called MIKE, he explained us what had the AC unit, said that the Insurance company will take like 2 weeks or more to fix the AC, but we can replace the unit by the next day with them in $6587 ,he was insisting multiple times that I have to take the best decision for my family and trying to convince me to not use the insurance (like salesman,not like a technician ). At the end we decided to continue with our insurance company to fix the Issue, so this Company and the technician MIKE sent a made up report to the Insurance, saying things totally different from the one the technician tolds us in order that the insurance won't cover our fix. (said in the report to the insurance sprinkles damaged the AC in order to be a secondary damage).

As any can check on their response they even didn't denied the FALSO report they SUBMITTED in the way that the insurance company won't cover our fix.They blame the Insurance company.
AFTER SPEAKING WITH THEM BY PHONE, THEY DENIED TO UPDATE THE REPORT TO THE TRUE VERSION.
Alejandro handled our service call and I’m so glad it was him that was sent. He was able to locate the issue with the HVAC which had not been detected by others before but which I knew existed. He took his time and did thorough diagnostic tests until he found the reason causing the problem, and fixed it! If you want a technician who is relentless, patient, knowledgeable and professional, he’s that person.
