    Derrel Downey came out for an ac warranty repair he was very thorough with explaining what he was doing. He worked through the rain that was coming at the time. His professional manner says a lot for the company he works for. I would recommend him and the company for your needs.

    Derrel came out to take a look at my heat system this week and was on time and very professional. He took the time to explain to me what the system does and how its supposed to operate and after he troubleshot the issue he fully and throughly explained what my issue was. After he repaired the system he also gave me good feedback on thermostats and maintenance to keep my system running right. I would definitely use Max Cool again.

    The fan kept running and it was non-stop. Rafael did a fantastic job. Very through. Went through the the system to make sure everything was working properly. Very impressed. Would call Max Cool again if I had any issues in a heartbeat. Thank you Rafael. You're an asset to the company!

    Max Cool was assigned by my home warranty company to diagnose and repair my AC after it went out last week. Mike Swanger, the techician sent out by Max Cool, arrived on time and did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem. He was very thorough and explained the situation to me as well as the fact that a previous tech from another company had wired my thermostat so that it only ran at top speed of the 2 stage system. Mike walked me through the repair options, the coverage provided by my home warranty, and the time line for repairing or upgrading the unit. Mike really knows his business and is able to communicate clearly to customers. My experience with Max Cool has been excellent and I recommend them as a reputable, professional service provider.

    RUN! This company will attempt to take advantage of you... ESPECIALLY if you're a woman.

    First, a consultation was scheduled through my home warranty company and even before attempting to fix my HVAC unit the technician wanted me to replace the entire unit for $8000 without using my Home warranty company because the technician didn't want to "wait" for the warranty company to pay and asked me to take out a loan! A loan for $8000!! Please note, My townhouse was built in 2006 and the AC was replaced in 2014 before I purchased. There is NO WAY I needed a new HVAC system.

    When the technician realized I was not going to replace the unit and that I would utilize my home warranty company he agreed to fix the unit however, the parts would take 7-10 days to be ordered and delivered. I waited for 7 DAYS without AC in 95+ degree weather in the middle of Summer in Florida! And only after I called the company for an update was I notified that the part was NEVER ordered.

    I followed up via email with the company and received a response that displayed absolutely no sense of accountability and they again reiterated I should replace the unit versus fixing it.

    This promopted me to contact a reputable HVAC company (The AC Therapist- Highly recommend) to assess the HVAC system and confirmed the unit is repairable AND they have the parts on-hand to fix it the same day for $620! The only issue was that the air compressor fan needed to be replaced on the outside unit. That's it!

    Due to this it is clear that the Max Air Cool technician lied and in turn exposed my family to an extreme heat health risk! All for an attempt to take advantage of a woman.

    It's disgraceful that the company attempted to convince me to purchase an entire new HVAC system on loan for $8000 when the unit was repairable for a few hundred dollars... This is TERRIBLE service and this company clearly takes advantage of consumers in their time of extreme need. I also followed up with the company via email and have yet to receive a response or apology for being lied to and misled...

    I had two AC units replaced. The removed both units and installed the new ones in less than a day. When they left the cleaned up the area and let the spaces as if they were never there.
    They did an outstanding job and the price was very reasonable.

    My A/C stopped working early in the morning and by 11am it was 80 degrees in my house. They scheduled me the same day. Alejandro was the tech who came out and was able to fix my A/C very quickly. Absolutely would use them in the future.
