Tony arrived right in the middle of his appointment time window. He went right to work and was direct, accurate and knowledgeable concerning repair of my A/C system.

The unit was checked out as OK. He then checked out the thermostat and it, too, was OK. The problem was that the thermostat signal was not getting to the unit. A quick trace of circuitry and a corroded wire from the economizer unit was found to be creating an open circuit to the A/C unit. Reconnecting the thermostat leads to the unit leads had the unit running as designed in under 25 minutes total.

I want to share my experience with Yantra Air. This was the third company and forth Person to come out to see what was the problem with our AC Unit. The first three people that came out worked for big companies and they all came out with the same diagnosis You Need A New AC. Well I was not convinced. Yes my AC is over 10 years old but it looks to be in good shape. Tony the owner of Yantra Air came out and checked the same things the other people checked but he went extra mile that the others did not. He checked the line coming going into the house across the attic and down into the coil. This was the problem. I had a leak in the main line. Something the other three people never checked for. So yes I have a 10 years old AC but God willing I can probably get a few more years out of it. Instead of spending $6K or $8K as i was quoted I spent just over $1K. My family and I are grateful we found Tony. We will all sleep cooler tonight.

Tony was very Reliable came when he said he would. His deduction skills was right on point. Figured out exactly what the problem was and had the parts to fix it. Quick and efficient had my system running before I knew it. I will use him again to upgrade my system.

Professional, on time as promised. But they seem to be a small, possibly even a one person kind of business. Came to fix my ac but did not know what he was doing. Replaced some sensors, claimed it was fixed and left. Next day when I called and told them it was not working, they said that 'they do not work on this type of system' and refused any followup. So I had to call another ac company that correctly diagnosed it to a compressor problem.

The repairman was rude, refused to wear a mask, left my floor soaking wet, asked to use our wet vac because he did not have one and kept complaining that it should be done with a commercial vac. He seemed annoyed when I asked him to repeat himself because of his thick accent. When I put my husband on speaker to talk to him, he kept turning on the vac so that my husband couldn’t hear him. My husband rushed home from work to make sire I was safe with such a rude person in our home. Worst repair experience ever!!!!

My air conditioner went out it's 96% in my house he came right away. Was amazing fast and professional I would share this company with all My friends ❤️
