Had an issue with AC last night, we call AHS and had an appt in my email this morning. Tony came in the expected time given. He was polite, professional not rude at all like the comments ive seen. He went straight to work found the issue and fixed it. I was a bit concerned because of the comments ive seen, because i always like to look at reviews. But i had a pleasant experience.

Yantra was recommended by my home warranty company when my AC went out. Tony texted me to let me know he was on the way, arriving within the time frame quoted. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a fan motor and to my surprise actually had the part needed with him. He had the repair diagnosed and fixed in under an hour. He was polite, friendly and professional. He even gave me tips on maintenance that I can do to help my unit last longer. Big recommend!!!

My home warranty company hired this company to fix my a/c. The gentleman was very unprofessional and disrespectful to my mother. He fix the a/c with wires sticking out and stated he just did that but didn’t fix the real problem because it would be $800. I would never recommend this company.

Man came over to the house, did not properly investigate my A/C unit for issues. He made a lot of assumptions and did nothing for me. He later was assigned to come back to my house to figure out the issue, and he never showed up or made any attempts to call me. I was under the impression for 3 days that he was going to show up but he never did. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from this company.

This is a very professional and dedicated company. Works extremely quick and clean. They came out to our place after another company had abandoned us when realizing it was a bigger job than changing the thermostat and refused to come back saying they were too busy. Tony located the problem right away and had all parts ordered and installed 2 days later. So knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. If you want the job done right Yantra Air is a company I absolutely would recommend. They understand the urgency when you don’t have AC here in Florida and care.

Very caring and reliable. Tony is the technician who came to my rescue when my AC was leaking. He is awesome with figuring out the problem your having and quickly resolves the issue. He also checks back with you in a couple of days to make sure everything is working well.

If you want to be disappointed and have nothing fixed…call Yantra.
My 76 year old husband got on ladder and fixed it after he left….just LAZY.
He said he saw the leaking pipe but could not fix.
He always has an excuse. We told American Home Shield not to send us this guy Tony but they had no one else. We said OK…..our mistake…. Should have said NO.
2nd time this happened…Believe me there will not be a 3rd.
He was sent by AHS….he got paid and we dropped AHS because of this lazy guy. Probably the only jobs he gets……RUN….

Today I was visiting my Mom in Stuart, FL. She told me that she had a Central AC propblem and the the AC company named Yantra Air was coming over this morning. Tony is the AC Tech that diagnosed and repaired. Very friendly and professional. He was also sure to test all the AC operations. Coolant levels, condensate drain clearing, Thermostat operations, etc. I would highly recommend Tony with Yantra Air to all of my friends and family when the subject comes up! Thx, Bob

Guy came to my house to check my unit, said he would have to come back he needed to get parts, came back no parts and he he dropped the temperature on the thermostat and made my unit freeze up, water everywhere in my garage, then said I needed to upgrade my unit or my ducts. Okay, he never gave me an invoice or estimate, I used American Home Shield and they wouldn't give me a copy of the report and continued to give me the run around. I refuse to let the guy come back to my house and they parked their van in the road instead of the driveway. When asked to move it,, your blocking traffic, he and his wife, the driver refused. I would not recommend either company.
