Air Temp Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical

I’ve always been satisfied with Air Temp, especially this evening. The two young men that serviced our system were very attentive and took the time to educate us on what they were doing, as well as the the benefits of the available accessories, etc. There were no scare tactics; just education, and a company that cares about repeat client satisfaction! Highly recommend working with Zack and Lavante, as they really know their stuff!

The technicians are always wonderful and very knowledgeable. My only issue is that they don't call anymore for a reminder of matienance coming due. I really liked that small family company feel.

Michel and Mathew just left and we super professional. Now Im no longer irate, hot and sweaty - Just Hot 😉 lol. On a serious note, they are life savers and I found this company on google and called solely based on reviews. I’m happy they were accurate.

Michael was very pleasant, punctual and efficient. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do prior to starting the job as well as everything he noticed (via sharing of pictures taken).

Called around 7pm and Nick was here by 8pm. Did a fantastic job. So glad we have AirTemp

Anthony and Josh was awsome ! clean and very knowledgeable, I really like how they address my issue and gave options on hiw to fix my issue with no high sale pressure.. Great work guys!!

Matthew showed up on time and was professional and courteous. All of the employees at Air Temp are wonderful. Kudos to Zachary as well.

Saw a recommendation for Linsey for a job well done. I decided on the yearly maintenance plan and asked for Linsey. She showed up during the time window given. She also texted me when she was on the way. When she arrived I explained my needs and she explained the plan in detail. She then proceeded to do the inspection and test the components. She also figured out how to install a small filter over a secondary air return. She helped me schedule that installation for a later date.
She was friendly, but most importantly, she was very knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to use Air Temp and Linsey and recommend them to others.

Lindsey is an amazing technician. Arrived on time, presented ID, covered shoes, was very knowledgeable & professional. It was also great to have a lady technician. She took picture of each phase of our system she inspected. V
Air Temp offered a service that we have not been offered from other maintenance; replacement filters for a minimal fee. They also installed a value to access & blow out the system which has not been done before. Glad we switched!!
Only complaint, they raised their prices today from $100-$400 on a plastic part we could have used but would not negotiate or honor the price that they has in place when they ordered those parts. No reason to charge us the new pricing until they needed to order more of those parts. Sell what you had at the price the part was until u run out & order more. A 300% increase is not good business. That was unnecessary 😒.
