Wow! When I called late in the day Michael showed up in 30 min to diagnose the problem. A/C not working. He did a complete check and told me the problem. They needed to get the part tomorrow morning. Jackie called at 7:30 am and told me John would be here in 30 minutes. He was here for a couple hours. John went above and beyond in meticulously repairing my A/C then checked everything and cleaned out my drain pipe. Since I have a contract with Air Temp the labor was free and I got a discount on the part. Very happy with all the employees and service!

In just about an hour the motor on our A/C unit was replaced and the unit was back in operation. I was pleased that Terry did a complete check of the A/C unit. I was also impressed that when I called in the problem, Scott had me check out some items, to see if we could tell what the problem might be. Is appeared to be a motor problem so they would bring our a new motor with them in case it was the problem, they would not have to run back and get a new motor, saving time on the repair process.

On today’s visit, we had Michael D. He performed our 6 month inspection of our AC unit. He did a great job. He also let me know how I can extend the life of my unit. I will be doing it soon. He was very professional.

So very pleased with the service from Air Temp. Always on time as scheduled. Technician, Lindsay, is so knowledgeable, professional and personable. We always make sure to sign a maintenance agreement which is reasonably priced not only to maintain our AC unit but to maintain our peace of mind. I highly recommend Air Temp for all your AC needs.

Came down from Charleston because of hurricane Ian and decided to stay to take care of my 80yo mom and her 80yo recent stroke victim husband. Air went out, they said $6000 dollars for a new unit, ours is 15 years old. I said "Ma, the production date is on the unit, 2012 and looks brand new." Flat out lie. Yada yada, another company charged the Freon for $750, said if the temp rises we'll know there's a leak and will take it from there. A month later, no leak so far. Savings, over $5,000. Scam company. These 5 star reviews you're seeing are fake. Talked to a neighbor who said he used Air Temp. Same thing, $300 every visit but it goes out after 3 months. Different guy every time, no employee stays with them. He's done with them too.

This is my second time using this company and they are always very professional, on time, and in constant communication from the minute you call them to setup and appointment to when the technician show up to your house. The updated texts and calls are very nice to know if there will be delays or if the technician will show up sooner than expected.

They always to show us what was done during their visit. They explain the process they did to fix our system and always recommend proactive ways to keep our AC running efficiently. Since this was our second visit notes from the previous service was available to the technician and he could see what was done and what wasn’t to help diagnose our issue efficiently.

They are also very affordable and are transparent about the costs and depending on the issue will offer us different packages. Overall I highly recommend Air Temp for all your HVAC needs.

The people at this company are great from the girls that you speak to on the phone to the servicemen that come out. I chose them a couple of year ago to install my new air conditioner because of the person that came when I requested an estimate. The other company that had come did not really seem to care or show any humanity or try to give me any relief of my situation. No air conditioner working in the Florida heat can be catastrophic to live through. I really appreciate the great customer service.

This was the 1st of our 2 included/prepaid servicing maintenance for our a/c & heating combo unit. I was very impressed by the professional yet friendly /courteous employees here & the ease of scheduling services& their availability & response times ( also their prices/fees are quite reasonable/affordable)
. What a pleasure! The technician , Michael, who came today to service our unit was friendly, respectful, professional & quite knowledgeable about what he was going to do today. He explained things about our unit&!gave me helpful hints about It’s operation/simple things we can do to maintain our unit as well as answering questions that I had. This is the 2nd time( the 1st was emergency service& they were fabulous) we had them here& am very happy & have already recommended them to a few friends& neighbors. One of my neighbors now uses them & is very happy with this company as well. I highly recommend Air Temp & would give them more than 5 Star review if it was possible 👍👍

The technician was very professional. Took time to explain exactly what she was doing and why.
Installed additional parts to keep the system functioning at peak efficiency.
Her customer skills are outstanding and I would always prefer her as my service technician.
