Our technician was Mike. He showed up right on time and was personable and courteous. He performed the maintenance and was on his way. I was very impressed with his knowledge and efficiency. Good Job Mike!!

Excellent maintenance visit today for my HVAC System by well trained, highly skilled service technician, John R, from Air Temp. I was so pleased with John R, that I requested him for the next visit in December. John checked all the system components, took pictures, made some improvements on-the-spot and recommended some optional upgrades.

Had a clogged drainline. Xavier was great at explaining the issue and offered me several options. He fixed the problem in a timely manner. He loves dogs too!

First time user of the company. Overall favorable. Workmanship was thorough. Company work process system with pictures and laptop documentation seemed lengthy.

Matt the tech was very knowledgeable explaining what was wrong a the time frame in which to remedy it. He showed me pictures of all the problems - wasn’t pushy but will have him back once I save money for repairs

Wayne was an exceptional tech. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and hard working. He made a costly and difficult situation acceptable, almost pleasurable.

Charged for an emergency service call when they came out 23 hours after the call. They offered no explanation. Simply flushed the system and the charge was over $200. Will look for future service elsewhere.

John was very professional, informative, and has good work ethics. You don't find great
employees like John very often, so hang on to this guy!

Lindsay is a very good technician. She is pleasant, thorough, and makes relevant recommendations. She has PM'd my AC twice now and we hope to see her again.
