Small electric component gave up , the ac unit would not turn on. The unit was installed three years ego, maintained by this company, the unit is supposed to be under warranty, but nevertheless the repair turned up to be $294 , what type of warranty is that? Not happy with the process but it was fixed, let see how long it last.
