We needed quotes on a new heat pump installation. Creeks was able to come out the next day and they arrived on time which was great. Rick was the sales guy and he was professional and was not pushy at all. I highly recommend having Rick come out and give you a quote.

Just had a new Carrier 5 ton unit replaced by Creeks AC. They have been my go to AC repair company for years. The troubleshooting reviled no other option than replacement. Extremely pleased with the price and the install!! Honestly I should have replaced my 17 year old unit 3 years ago but they kept it running. Very honest Tech's and the installers were great!!

I have done business with Ben and Tina Smith and their team for about 10 years. The entire staff has been professional all of my dealings with them. They take care of my personal home as well as all of my rental properties and commercial building.
There have occasions where I would have agreed to have work done that another company said was needed, but Creeks Air found it not to be necessary, saving me hundreds of dollars.

Creeks installed 2 new AC and air handler units for us in one day. They were very professional and honest right from the beginning and did not try to sell us anything that we did not want. We have dealt with many other AC companies but found Creeks to be the most responsive and time-sensitive.

Creeks Air is a great locally owned company . Needed a full new system — they provided multiple options to choose from — very competitive pricing. Service was great too — friendly, prompt and left the house clean!

Excellent Service and Communication! Our capacitor went out for the 2nd time in a unit that is 3.5 years old. The part is under warranty but I expressed concern about the quality of the part. Creeks replaced the part with a higher quality version instead of the manufacturers version. Time will tell if it lasts any longer but I sincerely appreciate their attempt to fix the recurring problem.
