Our A/C went out.. second time in 4 days! We had a different company come out to assess and fix the problem the first time. Seemed to be a quick fix but a few days later we were right back to 85 degrees!! Contacted the same company again and was told it would be days before someone could come out. With animals and 3 people at home constantly throughout the day, this was not going to work. A coworker of mine has a close relationship with Creeks and they came highly recommended. I couldn't be happier with the service from the very helpful, cheerful person who initially answered the phone, to the gentleman who came out to the house. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue in a way that anyone could understand.. and he also had a great sense of humor and personality! I will definitely recommend Creeks and they will be my first stop for any future A/C needs!

I have had one of the best customer service experiences! Called about my air conditioner not cooling, the owner was at my door in an hour. How’s that for customer service! Diagnosed the problem that 3 previous ac companies could not. Two days later two of the nicest young men came and installed the part. They were on time, professional and courteous. They will have my business from this day forward.

We have used Creeks services for years but my very elderly parents moved here about 2 years ago and their AC went out recently. It was 90 degrees in their house for at least a day. I arrived and immediately called Creeks (it was after hours). Within 45 minutes Tristian showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue and did the repairs. Then, because my mom thought she had messed up the thermostat, she asked him a lot of questions. Tristian was patient, polite beyond measure and explained things to her so she could understand. The service charge and bill were very reasonable. Tristian was kind, friendly and professional and we appreciate his demonstration of respect to his customers.

A first class company in every respect. We have had extensive work done by Creeks including relocating our air handler and replacing the entire system. All the work was done flawlessly with quality workmanship and materials. They go above and beyond and don't cut corners. Their prices are very reasonable as well. Their employees are all friendly and well qualified. I cannot recommend them enough.

Creeks is amazing! They just installed my new Carrier AC system. Rick is fantastic. He reviewed my existing AC System (which was 20 years old). The estimate provided multiple options. I picked the best option. They were on time and on budget. Robert and TJ were excellent technicians. I highly recommend them. They are the best period!
