We have used Creeks for years now and have always done the twice yearly maintenance plan which has, no doubt, extended the life of our AC. One unit finally needed to be replaced and Creeks was good at finding a spot for us and doing great installation. Their price was fair and service has always been superb! Highly recommend

the installation by Robert & Chris is neat and clean.. My thanks to Robert as he didn't mind answering ever question I had ..I had many after my last installation nightmare..He explained everything he did and why it was needed..I'm sure it was a pain for him but made me feel better understanding..
The office staff Registered my unit for me and sent me verification insuring this time I would have the warranty I was promised.

Creeks Air is very responsive, for which we are grateful. Our A/C went on the fritz, and within two hours of my call, a service person was at our home to evaluate the problem. Turns out it was the blower on the furnace, which was installed in 2002. We opted to replace the furnace, and they were able to find one (which is no small feat with all the supply-chain issues) and install it the next business day! They stayed in touch throughout the service issue, so we were never "in the dark." We have been using their services since we moved to Florida four years ago. All their staff are committed to quality, fair, and professional service. So glad we found them!

Robert was knowledgeable, professional, and very patient in explaining what the issue with our a/c was and what our options were. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Excellent service!

I cannot say enough good things about Creeks Air Conditioning. Our aging AC unit came to an uneventful end while we were out of town. We called Creeks and their representative was waiting for us when we arrive home. He walked us through the options for a replacement unit, answered our question, and gave us good advice for a replacement unit. This was late on a Wednesday afternoon and the next morning, Thursday, we notified Creeks of the unit we wanted and they made arrangements for installations on Saturday. I was a little surprised that they would install on a Saturday, but this seemed like no big deal to them. They knew we were without air and I felt as though they were there to help us, to make our home comfortable, and livable again. The two men who arrived on Saturday, Zack and Robert, were polite and professional. They were simply great in completing the installation and then instructing us on use of the new unit. When I call Creeks, they are always quick to answer the phone, they quickly find my information, provide the answers I need, and convey the feeling that you matter as a customer. I appreciate this good quality and personal attention. Thank you Creeks for your great service and restoring our AC.

So we had them replace a unit in a home we owned a few years ago and they did a great job. They're always friendly and always helpful. They may not be able to get to you right away, but at least they're empathetic and express the desire to be able to help even though they might have more on their plate than they can say grace over.

Very responsive, customer focused and friendly. The team who came for the install were just as friendly as the gentleman who came out to give the estimate.
They came in at a fair price and got the work done quickly. I would make them my first call for any additional HVAC needs I have.

Highly recommend! Everyone we talked to or dealt with was incredibly friendly, informative and there was no pressure at all. Very patient with all of our questions and explained everything in detail. Very professional from start to finish. Our 20 year old air conditioning unit needed major repairs on a Monday so we decided to replace. We were provided with a variety of options and provided all of the details. The new unit was installed the very next day on Tuesday. The installers were super friendly, clean and careful. Extremely happy and very appreciative! Great company with great people who care!
