Creeks Air Conditioning & Heating

Creeks Air is the type of subcontractor I wish I could hire for all my jobs. Coming from Flagler/Putnam I needed a new hvac company to do a simple system swap in old ponte vedra for a new client out of my usual area. Of the 4 companies I had give me an estimate, creeks had the shortest window (30 minutes vs 2 or 4 hours!), the most professional tech,, all electronic communication/documents, and the quickest estimate response time. I appreciated the tech had prepared estimates ahead of time for multiple brands and was throughly knowledgeable. The field tech and office team offered solutions versus worthless up charges. My next project in the St. John’s area will have a creeks sticker on the system.

Company is so easy to work with. Great customer service! Technicians showed up on time for install, were extremely polite and respectful of my home and me working remote while they were here. I felt they gave above and beyond service. They knew what they were doing, left no trash or debris, washed hands before touching any walls. I can’t say enough good about my experience from the moment I called to the moment they left after installing a new AC system in my home. Highly recommend!!!

Was recommended by a neighbor to contact Creeks when we needed to replace our downstairs system. They did not disappoint and in fact, exceeded our expectations. Creeks Air Conditioning did a great job for us. Our AC needed to be replaced and they were quick to give us quotes and answer all questions. Every person we dealt with were professional and friendly. Both the appointment to try and repair and then to install a new unit (our old one was 25 years old) was done at the times we were told and our house is cooling down already. Parker was the most professional and polite salesman. I really appreciated the time he took to explain things to me, and did not try to sell me the most expensive unit. I cannot stand a pushy salesperson, and nothing will make me walk away faster, Parker was definitely not like that. I felt the pricing he gave was very fair and a little under what the other estimates I had received were. I feel pretty confident in my decision to go with Creeks AC because of him.

Instead of 6 buckets of water in my hallway, I now have a functioning new AC unit.

Creeks has been doing maintenance on the old one for several years now and it was time for a new one. The work was scheduled quickly. The guys were so nice that came out. We just tried to stay out of their way and let them do their job. There were some unforeseen issues with the install that made it take much longer than anyone expected. But, they worked late until it was done.

They cleaned up when they were done, were super nice, and wore their masks. I know it was not an easy install for them - but they maintained their professionalism throughout a difficult situation.

I hope they were able to have a couple of beers before bedtime after they left.

Have used Creeks for a few years to service our HVAC system. They have always provided courteous outstanding service. We used Creeks to replace our HVAC system today. The estimator & two service technicians were fantastic. Extremely efficient and courteous. Creek's pricing was excellent. A truly outstanding company.

Creeks took care of a problem in February and they usually perform my semi-annual maintenance. We had a major problem which they diagnosed correctly and fixed the first try.

Last month, my 15 year old AC unit started acting up. Creeks responded immediately to check out the system. As we all knew, it was going to be a matter of time before the system would need to be replaced.

About a month later, the system did finally die. Creeks quickly squeezed me into the schedule. They arrived on time and completed work in a timely fashion. Since they gave me a quote in advance, I knew what I was going to pay.

Creeks has treated me fairly and makes me feel like a valued customer. Great job!
