Charlie O. The Technician was on time and very Professional and answer all of my questions and did a thorough cleaning and checking of the A/C.

They installed a new AC unit improperly and then over billed me for the work for correction of their mistake. They charged my credit card without my approval. BUYER BEWARE!

Called multiple companies looking for emergency repair. They couldn’t help with the emergency at the moment (nobody could btw) but Pia tried to give me some tips to check and see if they were causing the outage. (Outstanding customer service. For free and just out of kindness, making sure thermostat batteries were good. Advised in checking water lines) Said they would/could call back first thing in the am to see if still needed help to which I agreed. Like clockwork they called. At my home 30 mins later. Had the needed part on hand. Tech was great. Had it swapped out and fixed inside of 5 mins. AC back up blowing cold. Would absolutely call again in the future. What customer service is supposed to be. Having such services is never fun from a financial standpoint but when the company is as friendly and reliable just makes it sting so much less.
From EXPERIENCE I can say that offering outstanding customer service, is rarely truly appreciated by the typical customer. I hope they know that although few will genuinely appreciate the top notch service, there will be those of us who see it, know it and are thankful for it.

Professional people right from the people in the office to the tech. I called with a problem and they sent the tech within a half hour, he was very friendly and helpful, identified the main issue within minutes and checked out the other components to ensure they were in proper running order. Highly recommend this company.

Neighbors A/C continues to provide consistent and professional service. The other day our AC stopped working. Within hours Charlie from Neighbors was in our home and found the problem right away. I received calls before, during, and after the service. It doesn't get any better. I;ve had other companies but none compare to Neighbors A/C. Thank you Neighbors A/C.
